Short and intensive.
A very comfortable house, it had everything I would want. From moscito nets, three teraces with comfortable chairs and even sharp knives in the kitchen. 😊 The bikes were a big plus.
The beach is a little far. Better to drive to Kamenjak beaches.

Superb
The accommodation is simply great. The house is big enough to fit a group of 6 people. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is there: two grill places, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa, clean bathroom, big garden and terrace. Localisation is nice: a bit five minutes by walk to the city center but still next to the sea. Additional plus for bikes and a fig tree. Truly recommend.
The beds are a bit short. There were no single but double duvets, which can be a problem for a group of people, the house could be a bit cleaner and better prepared for the visitors.

Perfekt mit Hund, wenn die Nachbarn im DoppelHaus nicht da sind , da der Hund frei laufen kann
Der Garten ist umzäunt, perfekt mit Hund (wir hatten Glück und die Nachbarn waren nicht da: Es handelt sich bei dem Ferienhaus um ein Doppelhaus-leider auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich- mit gemeinsamen Garten; weiß daher nicht wie es ist wenn man den Garten mit den Nachbarn gemeinsam nutzt .Gut gelegen, ruhige Lage
In der Beschreibung war Meerblick angegeben, der einzige Grund weshalb ich das Haus gemietet hatte, leider gibt es den Meerblick aber offensichtlich schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr.. wurde leider in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben.. Vermieter hat sich entschuldigt, aber dennoch große Enttäuschung. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem. Kleinigkeiten wie defekter Tret-Mülleimer, dreckige Tischdecke auf der Terrasse sind nicht weiter schlimm, aber würden den gesamten Eindruck extrem aufwerten, da man sie schnell beheben könnte
