Perfect vacations

The apartament was spatious and fully equipped, just like descibed in the offer. It was very clean and comfortable with perfect location near Nature park with many beaches and hiking trails. The hosts were very kind, they welcomed us next day and instructed us with all necessary information during our stay. We traveled with dog and there was no problem with anything. The apartament on the ground comes with the garden, fully secured. We recommend this place warmly to everybody coming to beautiful Istria and I am sure we will come back very soon!

Perfectly Clean Home with Great Hosts

The property was new, spotless, and well-maintained, with air conditioning in every room. Everything worked perfectly. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Parfait pour profiter de la réservé de Premantura et visiter Pula et l’Istrie

L’emplacement est excellent pour profiter de la réserve naturelle de Premantura. Un conseil : prendre de suite le ticket d’entrée dans le parc pour la voiture (si vous n’avez pas de vélo) pour avoir le choix des différentes plages et pouvoir changer en fonction de l’heure et du vent. La plage du camping n’est pas interessante. Concernant l’appartement (le nôtre au 225, un seul appartement dans ce bloc, les autres sont au 226) j’avais peur car il se trouve rez-de-chaussée, à l’angle de l’entrée du garage de l’immeuble et pour finir c’était très calme, bien isolé au niveau des fenêtres et de plus il n’y a pas beaucoup de passage. On ne voit pas les voitures. La vue donne sur la pinède du camping. L’appartement est grand et moderne. Nous étions à 6. Nous - parents - avons dormis sur le canapé qui est ferme mais avec une surface de couchage large et pour ma part confortable. La salle de douche est très bien. Lave linge appréciable. Table à manger pour 6 très bien. Boulangerie du camping, restaurant … à 2 minutes.

Nous n’avons peut être pas eu de chance, mais nous n’avons pas trouvé l’appartement très propre en arrivant. Il y avait des marques de pas sur le sol, on a retrouvé des cheveux, poils… la terrasse aurait mérité un coup de jet… Il y avait une flaque d’eau dans le hall intérieur devant notre porte. Nous pensons à une poubelle fuyante déposée devant la porte. Puis un passage du personnel pour contrôler l’appartement qui aurait marché dans cette flaque et qui aurait propagé les marques dans l’appartement…. Un comble quand on sait que l’établissement demanderait un forfait de 150 € pour le ménage ( mais cela n’était pas clairement mentionné sur le site Booking lors de notre réservation dans la version française, et Booking a très bien réagit en négociant pour notre cas l’absence de ce forfait).

Super Urlaub

Tolle Lage wenn man gleich ins Naturschutzgebiet Kap Kamenjak will. Großes top ausgestattetes Apartment. Sehr gute Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes von Dario. Nette Ortschaft Premantura mit wenigen aber sehr guten Restaurants ( absolutes muss: Fra&Kat und Ancora) und zum Abschluss noch einen Cocktail in der VIP Bar/Caffe.

Nagyméretű, tiszta, modern, jól felszerelt apartman. A kulcsot zökkenőmentesen lehetett átvenni a megbeszélt időpontban. Lehetőségünk volt a bejelentkezés előtt a szállás parkolójára beállni. A szállásról hosszabb sétával (de autóhasználat nélkül) megközelíthető több strandolásra is alkalmas partszakasz. A közelben található több étterem és bolt is.

Rilassante, comodo al parco, ottimo il barbecue

Moderna, accogliente, divano e letti comodissimi, davanti al parco nazionale, il barbecue nell'appartamento al piano terra.

Non c'era molta chiarezza sui prezzi. 100 euro ad appartamento per le pulizie sono tante, così come anche 15 euro al giorno per il cagnolino. C'era la macchina del caffè ma anche le capsule messe in dotazione sono a pagamento. Ad ogni modo sono stati gentili a venirmi un po' incontro visto che avevo prenotato 3 appartamenti.

Struttura nuova con vari appartamenti ampi con giardino o terrazze il mio aveva una terrazza grande dove si poteva mangiare letti comodi ben ammobiliato vicino a tutto ma soprattutto comodo al parco di kamenjak complimenti ai proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni bisogno Alla prossima

New-built, practical, clean Big terrace, very private and shielded from the sun heat

We are a 5-member family, so always run low on dishes such as bowls or cutting boards, not a big issue, just have to wash them frequently

very nice, new built apartment close to kamenjak beaches, or stupice beach

host was at our disposal, communicated well, and helpful. we are a family of 5 - 3 small children. we had to use the sofa bed, which is quite comfy. apartment is spacious - new-built and new-furnished. it is close to the Stupice beach - but still 10 min walk. drive to Kamenjak beaches is 5-10 min, 80kn per car (multiple access).

wi.fi is unstable. i did not mind very much - was enough for a little bit of netflix or chatting, but if you need to work or are internet dependent, there are issues. i would also prefer more stuff in the kitchen - more plates or dishes, just so we did not have to run a half-empty dishwasher, but not a big deal.

premanture is a hiden gem and cape kamnejak is so close to this aptmnt. we loved it.

I liked the feeling of a newly built apartment. I also liked large spaces inside apartment.

Internet connection was not that strong and one of the airconditions did not worked luckily the other two worked so it wasn´t incovenient.
