House Sea House Premantura

Wir haben im Sea House Premantura einen tollen Urlaub verbracht ! Es ist ein sehr schön gelegenes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz innen und sehr viel Platz außen. Die z.T. überdachte Terrasse ist einfach klasse. Hier kann man in Ruhe sitzen, lesen, grillen oder einfach mal nichts tun und die Seele baumeln lassen ! Der Weg zum Wasser beträgt 1 min, zum Restaurant 5 min und zum nächsten Supermarkt ( mit dem Auto) 10 min. Für Ausflüge nach Pula, Rovinj, Fazana, Poreč, Triest und / oder die Höhle Baredine ist Premantura der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich auf dem komplett umzäunten Grundstück wohlgefühlt.

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann dass das Tor keinen Sichtschutz hat und jeder das Grundstück und einen Teil der Terrasse einsehen kann. Aber das ist wirklich „jammern auf hohem Niveau“.

This property is really nice and has been really nicely renovated. Although it looks from the picture to be a single property it’s actually a semi detached property. Under the trees around are a number of plots with caravans and lodges. The road is a bit rough and the entrance is narrow but once you are at the house it’s spacious and a lovely spot by the beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the village which is well served with shops and restaurants. The beach is typically rocks but easy access into the water which is truly beautiful. It’s really unspoiled and quiet. We really appreciated basic supplies like dishwasher tablets etc.

The property has huge amounts of crockery- but not all easy to reach. Instructions for the oven etc would help. Wasn’t intuitive and we had to look up online. Kitchen utensils were lacking.. one small chopping board, and although 3 whisks and 2 potato mashers not much in terms of meal prep. An easy fix! There are motion / night light sensors in the bedroom that go off when you turn over in bed which drove us mad ! Small things that would make a difference. But shouldn’t detract from the fact that this is a really lovely place.
