Premantura con tutte le comodità!

Il nostro appartamento era al piano terra in una villetta a 2 piani, ristrutturata, in una zona tranquilla, con giardino privato molto curato e possibilità di pranzare e grigliare all'esterno. Attrezzatissimo sia per le dotazioni in cucina (lavastoviglie, bollitore, moka caffè, tostapane, condimenti, caffè, zucchero) sia per la presenza in bagno della lavatrice, che del ferro da stiro e stendibiancheria. Molto gentile l'host, che quando lo abbiamo contattato ci ha immediatamente risposto. Consigliatissimo!

Wczasy w apartamencie Fiora były idealne!

W apartamencie było wszystko, czego potrzeba rodzinie z dziećmi do tygodniowych wczasów. Wyposażenie idealne. Mały plac zabaw dla młodszych dzieci - zajmował dzieciaki z rana. Wanna z hydromasażem - wieczorny relaks po intensywnym dniu. Pokoje jak na zdjęciach - w pełni wyposażone i czyściutkie. Klimatyzacja w dwóch miejscach - także upał nie był nam straszny. Siatki w oknach, więc komary nie wlatywały. Do plaży kawałek drogi, ale my nastawiliśmy się na jeżdżenie i poznawanie różnych plaż Istrii. Gospodarz bardzo miły i sympatyczny. Odpowiadał szybko na nasze pytania. W okolicy oswojone koty, także dzieciaki były szczęśliwe. Na pewno tu wrócimy i będziemy polecali naszym znajomym oraz przyjaciołom.

Giardinetto meraviglioso soprattutto per chi ha bimbi, appartamento in una zona tranquilla e piacevole. A due passi dal parco naturale e dal centro. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Sentirsi a casa propria

Mi/ci è piaciuto tutto. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla con facile accesso al Parco di Kamenjiak. E' situato al piano terra, ha un giardino ed una parte piastrellata a disposizione. Gli spazi interni sono ottimi (noi eravamo in 2). Grazie a questo alloggio abbiamo rivissuto il desiderio di vivere la vacanza il relax, quindi, in giro tutto il giorno e la sera a casa. Avevamo a disposizione, all' esterno, un caminetto a Carbone (o col la legna lasciata a disposizione) e una piastra a gas. Noi abbiamo scelto di fare una cena a Gas con i prodotti locali. I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi. A Premantura ci vado ogni anno, sicuramente scriverò a Flora. Grazie di tutto

Very comfortable, clean and homely apartment

Communication with our host was very good, so check in was easy. Everything was very clean, so I felt at home right away. The kitchen was great for me as I like to cook and had all the utensils needed. We didn't use the dishwasher but it is nice to have one! We did use the washing machine which was good for our swim stuff after water sports. The location is lovely on a nice residential street and not far from store, restaurants etc, or from the bus stop. We did have a few ants come in the apartment but I'm sure everywhere is the same in the warm weather! It was not a problem. All together we had a very happy stay. Thank you!

Exceptional

Very clean and very well furnished cosy apartment. A nice big outdoor space well suited for your pet, also on the brink of the town so walking the dog is a breeze, having it off-leash at the house too since the house is located in a cul-de-sac so there's almost no traffic. There was a huge storm that ended in a power outage but Mauro the owner handled it super fast :)

Depends on your preference, the bed is a bit on the harder side as well as the sofa in a living room but other than that it's a perfect place to relax, especially off-season.

Best accomodation

The best accomodation we have ever been in Croatia. Very beautiful, spacy, sunny appartement with every amenity one can imagine. Kitchen equipped better than mine😉. Just to know: its two storeys app, so count with steps. On the main floor there is big living area with kitchen, big terrace, bathroom with bathtub and shower and one bedroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with own bathroom. As I've said, great, nicely decorated in every detail. Everything new, modern, spotless clean. The best little garden, even with a water hose to wash swimming things from salt. Thank you Mauro, we had great time.

The beach in walkable distance (5-10 min) is not the prettiest. So we use car to get to Kameniak beaches, whitch are wonderful, it took 10 min. So no problem at all.
