This holiday house is ideally located just 300 meters from the sea, offering a unique coastal experience.
The spacious lounge area in front of the house features stunning sea views, while the garden includes a grill, perfect for gathering all guests. Enjoy breathtaking views from the first-floor terrace, a great spot for relaxation.
Inside, the tastefully decorated and stylish interior includes a modern living room with a cozy TV area, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing summer dishes, and a dining area that connects to both the elegant living room and the outdoor terrace. Bathroom with a shower is included.
On the first floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. The first bedroom boasts sea views and direct access to the terrace, while the other bedrooms offer tranquil views of the lush trees of Kamenjak Natural Park.
The highlight of the property is the beautiful green garden at the back, complete with a dining and grill area, where you can breathe in the fresh air from Kamenjak, just 50 meters away.
