Die erste Nacht war schrecklich - Zimmer nicht geputzt - Bettwäsche verdreckt ;-(

Am ersten Tag mussten wir ein total verdrecktes Zimmer übernehmen und in schmutzigen Laken übernachten - die Rezeptionistin konnte nicht helfen und hat uns 2 Rollen WC-Papier gegeben - nach einer ordentlichen Beschwerde am nächsten Tag hat alles geklappt! Am letzten Tag hat offenbar ein Hund ins Stiegenhaus gepinkelt - niemand hat es weggeputzt.

Guest experience could be surely made better

The lot was almost at the end of a dead end street at the border of the village, so it was even more quiet than the center of the village, which is only 5 minutes walk. You'd only had to get used to having other neighbors, guests, but it was totally bearable, underlined by the apartment being on the second floor, nobody above you. The beds were comfortable, you could get a relaxing sleep. Kitchen was equipped enough to prepare your morning breakfast, coffee, nothing fancy. Got clean towels twice during our 7 night stay, hanged outside on the apartment door's handle.

1.) Parking - claimed one car by apartment. It would be more honest to state there's no parking available, that's closer to reality. In the two buildings there over 3 dozen apartments, yet on the premise behind gates there are no more then 8-9 parking spaces. Parking is first come, first serve hunger games style, or finding something on the street. 2.) There is no insect netting mounted on the windows. We were mosquito bitten almost every night, also the light armature in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. 3.) Allegedly it was an apartment capable accommodating 5 people, yet there can be only one set of keys provided, making separate plans challenging a little. The keys could have been left on the reception, in opening hours, and if a receptionist was available. 4.) WIFI - after the first 2 days we had more guests arriving, the bandwidth plummeted to a crawl. 5.) Non-smoking apartments - yeah, right, just don't open the windows to prevent the neighbor's cigarette fumes to come in.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Obiekt godny polecenia.

Residence Kamenjak dysponuje dwiema osobnymi lokalizacjami - jedna nieco bardziej oddalona od centrum miasta i Kamenjak Nature Park, druga znajduje się bliżej jednego i drugiego. Warto o tym pamiętać, dokonując rezerwacji. Jeden i drugi obiekt dobrze wyposażony i utrzymany w czystości. Wszystko na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Duży plus za basen (w obu miejscach).

Море близько але не для купання з дітьми. Краса неймовірна але щоб гарно відпочити на пляжі то треба дуже добре постаратись щоб знайти. В пішій досяжності важко. Ми їздили на авто в іншу сторону від помешкання.

Apartment mit guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz. Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon gefallen. Die Schlafcouch in Form eines Klappbettes war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Sowohl der Naturpark mit schönen Stränden als auch die Stadtmitte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Zwei Punkte sollte man vorab wissen. Zum einem die Parksituation: Es gibt nur sehr wenige Parkplätze und ab dem späten Nachmittag war nichts mehr frei. Außerdem ist das Apartment leider sehr hellhörig gewesen– man bekommt viel von den Nachbarn mit.

Die Lage ist toll! Service war in Ordnung.

Leider haben wir uns Bettwanzen mit nach Hause genommen. Ich weiß, das kann passieren, aber es ist leider ein ganz schön schreckliches Souvenir 😔 Die Balkontür konnte man nur von innen schließen, somit hatten wir jede Nacht eine Horde an Gelsen im Zimmer, wenn wir auf der Terrasse saßen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet und unter der Abwasch in der Küche hat es ziemlich gestunken.

Ottima la posizione, zona tranquilla vicino a Kamenjak e al centro. Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Bellissima terrazza da cui si gode di una vista stupenda

Parcheggi insufficienti rispetto al numero di appartamenti, personale che non parla italiano, scarsa flessibilità per l'orario del check in, terzo piano senza ascensore (ottimo per fare un po' di movimento ma con i bagagli non è tanto piacevole), bagno un po' datato e televisione senza canali in italiano. Ora, vista la vicinanza con l'Italia, ritengo sia una mancanza abbastanza grave visto che si possono vedere trasmissioni in tutte le altre lingue. Forse dipende dalla provenienza dei turisti?

100 E a notte a fine giugno la receptionist non parla italiano come indicato il parcheggio della struttura è sempre pieno.bisogna parcheggiare in strada dove c'è comunque spazio la piscina chiude alle 20 si potrebbe ampliare l'orario almeno fino alle 22

Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dall’ingresso al parco. Appartamento curato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo alloggiato in un’unità al piano terra, l’ambiente era così fresco da non aver bisogno del climatizzatore. Ogni 2 giorni viene fatto il cambio asciugamani.

Ci sono pochi parcheggi rispetto al numero di ospiti/auto. Ma abbiamo parcheggiato fuori sulla strada, che è molto tranquilla e non trafficata essendo una strada chiusa.

Wir fühlten un durch den Schimmel einfach nicht wohl.

Pool war sauber

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht: In den Schlafzimmern gab es Schimmel und sehr viele Ameisen. Schimmel im Schlafbereich ist für uns ein ernsthaftes Hygiene- und Gesundheitsrisiko und entspricht keinesfalls dem Standard, den wir von einer Ferienunterkunft erwarten. Wir bitten um umgehende Maßnahmen und eine faire Entschädigung für diese erhebliche Beeinträchtigung.

Tolle Lage wenn man nach Kap Kamenjak möchte, man ist sehr schnell am Meer. Außerdem sehr gute Lage um den Ortskern zu erreichen, Lokale usw. Toller großer Pool!

La posizione della casa è ottima, a piedi 2 minuti in centro e 15 minuti per la spiaggia, personale cortese e disponibile

Ho notato che la maggior parte delle persone che arrivavano per il check-in non riuscivano a trovare la reception, ho dovuto dare indicazioni più volte perché l’ufficio è nascosto nel seminterrato, dovrebbero mettere un cartello più visibile con una freccia che indica di scendere le scale dello scantinato, ho visto gente girare in tondo anche più di mezz’ora.

Gute Lage, direkt am Nationalpark Kamenjak.

Poolbereich würde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir waren 10 Tage dort...den ganzen Aufenthalt lagen die selben leeren Gläser, Handtücher und andere Gegenstände rum. Matratzen abgenutzt..an spürte jede Feder.

apartament super, częsta wymiana ręczników, blisko do centrum , pokoje duże , łatwy dojazd, parking podziemny. Basen przestronny, woda w nim ok, fajne leżaczki na basenie i parasole.

jedyne co można zarzucić to słaba klimatyzacja w apartamencie, nie spełniała swojej roli, po zgłoszeniu było trochę lepiej ale jednak nadal gorąco. Przydałoby się toalety ogólnodostępne na basenie i kosze na śmieci.

Overall, a poor price-to-quality ratio for the accommodation service.

Positive aspects: Pleasantly air-conditioned facility, the possibility to use a shared pool, good location (just a few minutes drive to the entrance of Kamenjak).

Negative aspects: The apartment is poorly equipped to accommodate 5 people (e.g. insufficient number of drinking glasses, too few towels, no kitchen towels, insufficient number of chairs in the dining area and on the terrace, no shower curtains, inadequate parking spaces, which led us to park the car on the street, the additional fold-out bed is very uncomfortable, noisy, and outdated).

Don’t use the WiFi. We were hacked and charged £150….

It had all the basic needs for a short break and close to the national park.

We realised after our trip that my daughter’s phone had been hacked and charged £150. When we looked at the history it happened as soon as she had logged on to the WiFi. I’d strongly advise against using any public WiFi especially here.

overall very satisfied, just some points can be improved - I recommend the accommodation

- very nice, well equipped and clean "flat" - friendly staff at reception - good location - close to Kamenjak NP entrance, quiet street - we also appreciated a lot the swimming pool downstairs, with clean water - you can refresh yourself easily during hot days - air conditioning helps as well (it was 25+ minim in night during our stay)

nothing serious, just few points to consider: - rather small for 5 people (my personal opinion) - collapsible bed/sofa in living room was "noisy" and "U-shaped" - bit tough to sleep on, especially for two people - parking - it was said available and no need to book, but few times there was no space available and we had to look for a place on the street, once quite far away - due to short one way street, when returning from Kamenjak NP by car, you need to take much longer way to get back to the accommodation

Superb

The location was great especially if you want to explore Kamenjak National Park. There are many interesting beaches. I recommend taking a bike. There are racks for this in hotels. The pool was a bonus. It was very clean and quite big. The rooms were clean, nice and quiet.
