Guest experience could be surely made better

The lot was almost at the end of a dead end street at the border of the village, so it was even more quiet than the center of the village, which is only 5 minutes walk. You'd only had to get used to having other neighbors, guests, but it was totally bearable, underlined by the apartment being on the second floor, nobody above you. The beds were comfortable, you could get a relaxing sleep. Kitchen was equipped enough to prepare your morning breakfast, coffee, nothing fancy. Got clean towels twice during our 7 night stay, hanged outside on the apartment door's handle.

1.) Parking - claimed one car by apartment. It would be more honest to state there's no parking available, that's closer to reality. In the two buildings there over 3 dozen apartments, yet on the premise behind gates there are no more then 8-9 parking spaces. Parking is first come, first serve hunger games style, or finding something on the street. 2.) There is no insect netting mounted on the windows. We were mosquito bitten almost every night, also the light armature in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. 3.) Allegedly it was an apartment capable accommodating 5 people, yet there can be only one set of keys provided, making separate plans challenging a little. The keys could have been left on the reception, in opening hours, and if a receptionist was available. 4.) WIFI - after the first 2 days we had more guests arriving, the bandwidth plummeted to a crawl. 5.) Non-smoking apartments - yeah, right, just don't open the windows to prevent the neighbor's cigarette fumes to come in.

Overall, a poor price-to-quality ratio for the accommodation service.

Positive aspects: Pleasantly air-conditioned facility, the possibility to use a shared pool, good location (just a few minutes drive to the entrance of Kamenjak).

Negative aspects: The apartment is poorly equipped to accommodate 5 people (e.g. insufficient number of drinking glasses, too few towels, no kitchen towels, insufficient number of chairs in the dining area and on the terrace, no shower curtains, inadequate parking spaces, which led us to park the car on the street, the additional fold-out bed is very uncomfortable, noisy, and outdated).

Don’t use the WiFi. We were hacked and charged £150….

It had all the basic needs for a short break and close to the national park.

We realised after our trip that my daughter’s phone had been hacked and charged £150. When we looked at the history it happened as soon as she had logged on to the WiFi. I’d strongly advise against using any public WiFi especially here.

This place is really close to various beaches and to the town centre. FOr a group of four very comfortable with nice bathroom, kitchen and a balcony. The staff was nice.

overall very satisfied, just some points can be improved - I recommend the accommodation

- very nice, well equipped and clean "flat" - friendly staff at reception - good location - close to Kamenjak NP entrance, quiet street - we also appreciated a lot the swimming pool downstairs, with clean water - you can refresh yourself easily during hot days - air conditioning helps as well (it was 25+ minim in night during our stay)

nothing serious, just few points to consider: - rather small for 5 people (my personal opinion) - collapsible bed/sofa in living room was "noisy" and "U-shaped" - bit tough to sleep on, especially for two people - parking - it was said available and no need to book, but few times there was no space available and we had to look for a place on the street, once quite far away - due to short one way street, when returning from Kamenjak NP by car, you need to take much longer way to get back to the accommodation

Superb

The location was great especially if you want to explore Kamenjak National Park. There are many interesting beaches. I recommend taking a bike. There are racks for this in hotels. The pool was a bonus. It was very clean and quite big. The rooms were clean, nice and quiet.

There could have been more parking spaces.

Spacious and comfortable

Very spacious and clean! We loved the two bathrooms and a private outdoor space. There were more than enough sunbeds and parasols by the pool to enjoy. The parking was really convenient and we were 5 minutes from the sea and 10minutes to the city center so we barely needed the car during our stay.

Maybe a few extra kitchen amenities - there was enough cuttlery, pans, and even a coffee machine but we found ourselves in nees of a sharper knife, some more coffee mugs and water glasses.

Great location for hiking in the nature, a lot of beaches nearby. Good shower, warm water, comfy beds! :)

The furniture was little tired and floors were kind of dirty.. But the city was covered in dust (no rain lately!), so maybe it's just in the air..

Nice and Spacious apartment in great location

Nice, spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. Runke 56 was a Great location a few steps from the coast and 500m from the town center with restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and tidy and the service was excellent, we had a problem with the door and they sent someone straightaway to fix it. I would repeat for sure

The walls were somehow on the thin side, you could hear the people above us using the bathroom but not a big issue for us.

the apartment is spacious and clean. seems almost new. it’s a 10 minute to town and also to a forest walk by the water. dogs are allowed 😀

Okay, but not worth the price

The pool in front of the apartment was really nice, and the apartment is close to the secluded beach. Also, it was clean.

Extremely uncomfortable beds. We slept on a couch, which wasn't much better. Also, the smallest TV set ever. There are three different coffee machines in the kitchen but no filters and not one small coffee or tea package provided. No sugar, oil or similar basic ingredients so not suitable for a longer stay. Overall, okay but not worth the price.

Location, apartment has everything you would need, clean, big enough.

Beds were terrible, all our backs hurt from sleeping on them, the swimming pool was freezing and we only swam in it once.
