Casa Nonna Tereza - perfetto!

A beautiful house with impressive views in mediterrenean style. The house is perfectly equipped, very comfortable and clean. Franco, the hosť, is very friendly and helpful, he gave us many advices about the best beach, café and restaurants nearby the house. Premantura is a magical place. Najljepsia isterska kuća. Hvala puno!

Franco was an exceptionally helpful and friendly host and did everything he could to ensure our comfort. We found the location very central and great for restaurants. The terrace was lovely to sit on and look at the sea.

Nice big apartment with 3 bedrooms and big terrace in center of old town

Incredibly spacious apartment in two stores and with three bedrooms. Friendly host and practically in the center of the old town. Close to restaurants and shop. If only sea would be closer, this would be best apartment I ever stayed in Croatia, but I guess you can't have everything.

Location in the center of old town, but long walk to the beach (actually you need car or bike to get to the sea). Practically at the entrance to the Kamenjak park, but again you need car or bike (or quad) to get anywhere.

Perfect place to stay for family or group of up to 6 people, great value/money, nice owner.

Recently nicely renewed large appartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located on two floors. Lot of additional space on the first floor where lot of "necessary holiday stuff" could be stored during stay. Very nice and large terrace with comfortable seating great for breakfest and dinner with family and/or friends. All bedrooms as well as bathrooms are spacious in comparison to standard. Appartment is located neart center of the town/village so close to all facilities but very quiet. Moreover, the Kamenjac park and entrance for pedestrians is located "three houses apart". Nice see view from terrace, with "special" part of it "tuned" to sit and enjoy the see view anytime in the day. Kitchen/dining/living room was also well equiped and very spacious. WiFi worked perfect, much better than in other places where we stayed in Croatia before.

There was a little problem to park a car in the front of the appartment, but the owner has a large ground cca 50 meters from the appartment, but as it is located "below" the terrace the car could be always under the view/control from terrace and appartment. There are some small details not finished after the renovation, but these are not causing inconvenience and maybe next visitors will not see it as these will be finished before their stay ...

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage in Premantura mit dem Naturschutzgebiet, Kamenjak

Alles, wirklich alles. Wundervolle, große mit Wein verwachsene, somit schattige Terrasse mit Meerblick. Gemütliches Haus, mit allem was man sich wünscht. Entspannter, sehr zuvorkommender, sehr herzlicher Vermieter, der auch mal nachfragt, ob was fehlt. Tolle Lage!!!!!

Da kann ich noch so lange nachdenken, es fällt mir wirklich nichts ein. Wir waren Ende Mai in Premantura. Ich weiß nicht, wie alles dann im Hochsommer ist mit der ruhigen Lage

Authentisches Istrien

Casa Nonna Tereza ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und bietet eine wirklich fabelhafte Terrasse mit Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Franco, der Gastgeber, ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Man muss dazusagen, dass das Haus extrem hellhörig ist. Man bekommt jeden Schritt und jedes Wort mit.

Minden nagyon szuper volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bármikor szívesen visszamennénk.

Az egész ház csak a miénk volt, közel a központhoz, de mégis csendes helyen. Kellemes árnyékot adó szőlőlugasos terasza van, kilátással a tengerre. Apró ajándékokkal, behűtött sörrel (!!!) várt a tulajdonos, aki kedves körbevezetést tartott. Három kétágyas szoba volt két fürdővel, ami négy gyerekkel nagyon praktikus tud lenni.

A kerti gyalogos kapubejáró kicsit nehezen nyílt.

Tökéletes volt minden! Tulajdonos nagyon kedves, segítőkész, minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt üzenetben. A ház gyönyörű, ízlésesen berendezett. Mikrosütő, kávéfőző, edények,mosógép, minden megtalálható. A központ 2 perc séta, este zenés programok, tökéletes kikapcsolódás. Éttermek 5 perc sétára, külön köszönet az ajánlott éttermekért! Ha legközelebb az Isztria felé vesszük az irányt, csak itt szállunk meg! Több, mint kiváló!
