Disappointing

Clean. Early checkout and parking made easy.

1. The door lock for the room was not working, so we could not lock the room. The door handle came off upon closing the apartment door. We called and they say they would fix this (the handle was fixed, the lock was not) and call us back (which they never did). We only got a message saying "the door is fixed" on the evening after checkout. Unprofessional, unsafe and unacceptable. 2. There was a very young, most likely underage, person at check-in. They copied our IDs but could not process our payment. Shady. 3. One of the apartment windows opened literally on the parking ramp. 4. The fittings were old, floor and sofa worn out, one tile in the entrance was wobbly and the shower door not properly closing. We expected much higher standards for the price. Ripped-off feeling. 5. A noisy fight between the guests on the apartment upstairs and on the stairs past 1AM, resulting in poor sleep quality. 6. Some of the amenities mentioned are not present (no sofa, sofa bed for example). The advertised reception times are not respected. Nobody was there in the morning during the opening times.

Per il secondo anno, soggiorno perfetto. Posizione strategica e staff disponibile. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato che mancavano le tende oscuranti per la notte che hanno montato subito in poco tempo.

Mancavano alcune stoviglie della cucina ma ci siamo arrangiati comunque.

Parcheggio facile

Letto molto scomodo, mancano le zanzariere alle finestre, cornetta della doccia rotta, luce della terrazza non funzionante, stendi biancheria minuscolo, terzo piano senza ascensore.

Appartamento comodo per due persone, con un bel balconcino, dotato di tutte le cose essenziali di cui si può avere bisogno Letti comodi e ottima posizione per visitare il parco di kamenjak

Ottimo appartamento, personale fantastico

Pulita, ordinata e molto spaziosa. Il fatto che avesse due bagni è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Check in e check out molto comodi e smart e sono stati tutti gentilissimi e molto disponibili! Aria condizionata presente e molto efficiente, c’erano split un po’ ovunque ed al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era piacevolmente fresco.

Poco fornita la cucina ma per un soggiorno breve come il nostro andava benissimo (anche fino ad una settimana tranquillamente, più lungo magari sarebbe risultato scomodo). Alcune porte-finestre facevano fatica a chiudersi.

TROPPA LUCE ALL'ALBA E SPORCIZIA

Appartamento molto spazioso,arredato in maniera abbastanza attuale,acqua caldissima a disposizione per più docce,ottima posizione e posteggio disponibile.

Le camere da letto non hanno le tapparelle,quindi la luce entra all'alba! Questo ha rovinato il nostro riposo, purtroppo alle sei di mattina avevamo già molta luce in camera, è una cosa assolutamente da rivedere! Abbiamo trovato peli e capelli a terra e macchie di sangue su asciugamani,e il pavimento era visibilmente sporco purtroppo. Le lenzuola erano singole a sacco nel letto matrimoniale...un po' scomode!

pulizia posizione ottima accoglienza di Roberta che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e soprattutto le camere erano grandi e ben disposte. Un particolare mi ha colpito: mi ero dimenticato asciugacapelli ho scritto a Roberta volevo che gestisce la struttura e prontamente la sera stessa mi ha portato asciugacapelli... ma non era uno qualunque.... era un asciugacapelli nuovo della philips... non ricordo mi sia mai successo.. ottimo. anche nei consigli delle cose da vedere. é stato un soggiorno bellissimo

Zona ottima, tranquilla con parcheggio gratis. Monolocale praticamente nuovo, pulito e con poggiolo. Tutti i confort necessari. Ci tornerò di sicuro.
