Very good experience

Great location of the apartment, the apartment offers everything you need, beautiful views, cleanliness, very friendly owner.

The only thing I have to say that could be better is a slightly larger sofa in the livingroom and more comfortable furniture on the terraces. Because when you come back from a day's hike or activities on Cape Kamenjak, these two components are very important for a comfortable rest. Considering that the apartment offers beautiful views of nature, all it lacks is a comfortable chair or deck chair so that you can really enjoy everything.

Overpriced for this kind of properties

Location

Swimming Pool is much smaller then on the picture, no AC in the bedroom, no elevator, dark bathrooms (some light could be added) no hairdryer, iron, coffee maker. No daily cleaning or laundry services. In summary it would be nice property for half a price, it doesn’t worth the money.

Very good

Nice apartment right next to entry to Kamenjak, parking space, dog friendly. The apartment 5a is really spacious and has great balcony with chairs and table, there is also a clothes dryer. The view was good, to the Kamenjak side and you can see the sea a little. The equipment of the apartment was good to me, only thing I missed was a broom. Nice small pool with sun loungers. The reception lady was really nice.

-Not perfect clean, there was some hair on the floor under the furniture in the living room, but the rest was fine. -The air condition didn't cool, it only blew the air, but on the cooling mode set to 17 degrees the air absolutely wasn't cold. -Unfortunately, there is no shoe rack, hanger or mirror in the hallway, it's pity, because there is alot of space for it. -insect screens would be useful.

Die Lage, Sauberkeit, Balkon...

Leider war im Appartement keine Waschmaschine vorhanden (wäre praktisch gewesen) obwohl es im Bad einen Waschmaschinenanschluss gab. Der Balkon ist super, schöner Ausblick. Allerdings fehlt hier eine Beschattung (Sonnenschirm etc.). Dies könnte man noch nachrüsten.

- Posizione perfetta per visitare il parco anche a piedi - Dimensioni dell'appartamento molto buone seppur sfruttate in maniera poco funzionale - Terrazza abitabile - 2 bagni anche se uno senza doccia ma utile per un gruppo di amici - Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio senza difficoltà

- La pulizia poteva essere migliore, soprattutto del bagno - Sarebbe stato gradito un tavolo più ampio nel terrazzo e un maggior numero di sedie - Dotazione della cucina sufficiente - Zona piscina piccola

Schöne Wohnung, hellhörig, aus meiner Sicht überteuert.

Lage zum Kap Kamenjak perfekt, das Kap selbst in der Hauptsaison jedoch völlig überlaufen - hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, aber ist für Personen relevant, die explizit dort hin wollen Sehr sauber! Absolut spitze!

Kontakt zur Rezeption nur über Whatsapp möglich. Wohnung sehr hellhörig, herumschreiende Miturlauber im Treppenhaus leider an der Tagesordnung. Wenn in der Nachbarwohnung jemand hustet, hört man es, als würde einem jemand direkt ins Ohr husten. Pool hoffnungslos überchlort und sehr klein - der Winkel des Fotos wurde vorteilhaft gewählt. Betten einer 1000€+ Unterkunft nicht würdig. Hart und quietschend.

Toller Familienurlaub mit Kind und Hund

Gute Lage, gutes Preis Leistungsvehältnis, uns hats trotz kleiner Mängel gefallen und wir würden wieder hinfahren!

Keine Spülmaschine - für uns als Selbstversorger nicht optimal!! Leiche Mängel bei der Sauberkeit (Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber bei der Ankunft, der ganze Boden war klebrig - ich vermute zuviel Reinigungsmittel verwendet), dort und da etwas abgewohnt bzw. leichte Mängel (eine Lampe im Bad ausgebrannt, Heizstrahler im Bad hängt schief, von den Sesselauflagen auf der Terrasse war nur mehr der Schaumstoff da, die Stoffüberzüge fehlten, da und dort Beschädigungen an den Möbeln)
