A szállás jó elhelyezkedésű, de a karbantartási hiányosságok és a vendégkezelés minősége csalódás.

Központi hely, kellemes környék, szép hely. Premantura nagyon jó település. Az érkezés előtt a kommunikáció gyors volt. Közel van minden bolt, fagyizó, kávézó. Ágy kényelmes a hálószobában. Van mosógép és vasaló és hajszárító.

Sajnos a szállás több szempontból sem felelt meg az elvárásoknak: – A WC nagyon koszos volt érkezéskor, nekünk kellett kitakarítani,hogy elviselhető legyen. – A klíma nem működött, csak egy nagyon zajos mobilklímát kaptunk, ami nem volt megfelelő nyári melegben és az alvást nem segítette. – A ventilátorok részben hibásak voltak, egyet nekünk kellett megszerelni, hogy ne csörögjön csattojon. – A zuhany gyorsan elárasztotta a fürdőt. – A kanapé ágyként lehajtva instabil, veszélyes volt. – Egy merőkanál volt ami állandóan szétesett, és kisebb sérülést okozott. – A kuka fedele le volt törve, nehezen lehetett higiénikusan használni. - A parkolóban nehézkesen lehet közlekedni. - Kinti konyhát csak a Blue Studio használhatja. - Fontos tudni, hogy nagyon szűk helyen lehet megközelíteni az apartmant, ez nem gond, csak odafigyelős.

Entspricht nicht den Bildern im Inserat

Was soll man sagen..die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen nicht der Realität. Vielleicht vor einigen Jahren! Mir hat gefallen dass es warmes Wasser, Strom und eine Tür zum absperren gab. Evtl noch die Zentrale Lage.

Das Zimmer (Kämmerchen) ist leider bei booking niergendwo zu sehen. Die Bilder sind vielversprechend. Die Realität ernüchternd. Man betritt den Raum und ist auch schon fast fertig mit der Besichtigung. Alles relativ alt und verlebt. Während zu dein Geschäft am WC erledigst, kannst du zugleich Zähne putzen. Das Waschbecken ist fast im Weg. Der Garten grenzt rundherum an Schiffsfriedhöfe und Baustellen. Rasen gibt es nicht. Nur Kunstrasen. Von Entspannung keine Rede. Wir haben die ganze Woche keine Menschenseele die zum Haus gehört, gesehen. Für 480€ leider nicht genügend. Um die Hälfte des Geldes hätt ich sicher keine Kritik geäußert. Schade, ab und zu muss man wohl im Urlaub enttäuscht werden.

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft!!!!

Hallo, wir waren das 2 te mal in premantura weil uns die Gegend sehr gefallen hat. Das Zimmer war eine absolute Frechheit das wir den Urlaub nach 4 von 7 Tagen abgebrochen haben. Schmuddeliges Zimmer keins der Fotos hat der Wahrheit entsprochen. Kein wc Papier, 2 Handtücher für 7 Tage ! Viel zu kleines Appartement. Der aussenbereich nicht gepflegt, keine Möglichkeit zu grillen. ….!!! Duschvorhang hat geschimmelt wie alles in dem Bad!!!!!!Der Parkplatz war definitiv zu klein wenn alles ausgebucht ist!!!!! Für 700 Euro etwas anderes erwartet….,!!! Nie wieder….
