The apartment was clean, with more than enough towels. I really liked that the kitchen was fully equipped for a family of five. I especially appreciated the dish soap and sponge, four kitchen towels, coffee, sugar, and two moka pots – a paradise for coffee lovers! Parking right in front of the apartment – perfect! The balcony offers a beautiful sea view, which adds a special atmosphere to breakfast.

fantastic views, great location, tidy & clean

air-conditioning is working well in the living room, but doesn't reach the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. No screens at the windows, would help against mosquito attacks

We didn’t want to leave this beach house!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (bring your own beach towels, toiletries, detergent and toys). Dishwasher tabs were provided. The location was a short walk to restaurants, town and a playground. We chose to drive to the beach because our youngest couldn’t walk that far. It would be a longer walk or easy bike ride. The ac worked great. We were on the 3rd floor walk up which was fine. We did have some ants on the balcony but I had brought bug spray based on other reviews. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a top sheet (not just a mattress cover). The kids LOVED the loft. There is no window cover in the loft so it’s very bright for sleeping.

The aparment was super clean, the view is breathtaking, its location ideal for bike-trips around Kamenjak. Everything you need for a perfect holiday!

The two single beds get a bit hot as they are right under the roof.

Bellissimo ma accidenti troppe zanzare!

Bellissimo appartamento situato in posizione defilata dalla strada principale, ottima per chi vuole visitare sia il paese sia il parco RT Kamenjak. Terrazzino vista mare davvero incantevole. Ben rifornito di tutto ciò che serve per quanto riguarda la cucina.

Tantissime zanzare, troppe! Consiglio di portare con se degli zampironi altrimenti non si riesce a godere appieno il terrazzino nelle ore serali. Cuscini dei letti scomodi.

Non vediamo l'ora di tornare

L'appartamento è fantastico, con una vista splendida sul mare. La casa è completa di tutto, si può cucinare, godersi il panorama dal terrazzo, parcheggiare l' auto sotto casa, raggiungere il mare in 10 minuti a piedi, andando verso il campeggio o in 10 minuti in macchina andando verso la riserva. Check-in e out, facile e veloce. Ci piacerebbe tornare. Super consigliato!

Unica nota negativa, ma non dipendente dalla struttura, le zanzare che sembrano insensibili a qualsiasi repellente!

Le chiavi si ritirano con il self check in, quindi si può arrivare in qualsiasi ora. Mi piace il terrazzo . Il panorama è bellissimo e l’appartamento è fornito di tutto. Da anni torno in questo alloggio e ci tornerò ancora.
