The two most important things for us were the apartment's cleanliness and its location. The apartment was very clean, and it was only a 6–8 minute walk to the seaside, which was perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals (unfortunately, no dishwasher). We also really enjoyed the large, clean balcony with a round table, which was perfect for having a morning coffee or a light breakfast while overlooking the beautiful garden. It has a really beautiful garden. The parking is very, very close to the apartment, and you can always find a parking space. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, and it was ideal for us. In my opinion, it is best suited for up to three people.

The biggest issue for us was the communication during the reservation process. It was often difficult to get a response, and I had to follow up several times before receiving a reply. Eventually, I contacted Booking.com for assistance. We felt that the reservation process and pre-arrival customer service were not well-organized. When I followed up via WhatsApp regarding my advance payment, I felt that the replies were written in an irritated or impatient tone, which was not something I expected as a guest. Another point that could be improved is the check-in process. **The reception is not located in the same building as the apartment**, which can be confusing, especially for first-time visitors. The receptionist could only show us a low-quality printed Google Map to explain where the apartment and parking were located. I think the apartment owner should prepare some basic information for first-time visitors so they can easily find the best places to visit and enjoy the area. The apartemant dosen't have a washing machine and a dishwasher, so I can not say it's good for a family or for a longer stay. I think it's a good thing if they add these to the apartment

L'appartamento ha rispettato le aspettative e le ha superate a livello di pulizia. Tutto molto pulito, persino il tostapane era perfetto. L'host è stato molto disponibile. La zona in cui è situato è tranquilla e anche il parcheggio è comodo. Plus da non sottovalutare il terrazzino all'aperto

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was nötig war. Klimaanlage ist super. Es verfügt über eine großzügige möblierte Terrasse. Wohn- und Schlafzimmerfenster sind mit Fliegennetz ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, Strand sowie Ortszentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Der Tisch auf der Terrasse könnte größer sein. Handtuchwechsel erfolgte anstandslos, allerdings nur auf Nachfrage. Für den Kehricht steht nur ein Kinderbesen zur Verfügung. W-Lan hat erst funktioniert nachdem wir den Access-Point auf dem Küchenregal platziert haben. Fliegennetz im Badezimmerfenster fehlt. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Das Schlafsofa ist komplett durch. Hierauf kann man niemanden schlafen lassen.

Appartamento confortevole, in zona tranquilla, pulitissimo, ben attrezzato e con un bellissimo terrazzo.
