The house was completely renovated in 2016 and has its own, partially fenced plot of approx. 1000 m2 with a well-kept lawn and olive trees. The semi-detached house for sole use offers guests the following outdoor facilities: large covered terrace with benches for outdoor dining, barbecue, well-tended garden with children's swing, slide and trampoline, as well as several parking spaces in the courtyard. The landlady lives in the rear part of the house with a separate entrance to the courtyard.
