'Villa Pieve' mit eigenem Pool
Beautiful and typical villa situated in the rolling hills near Lucca (7 km).
The house was a former barn and has been completely renovated by the owner in respect of the original architecture.
Thanks to its quiet location and beautiful views, the villa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
There is a large, fenced garden with a swimming pool (6x11) and a barbecue area, all surrounded by olive trees.
The house (145 sqm) is very well furnished, with parquet flooring and has two beautiful terraces with terracotta floors.
It is on two levels, both with access to the garden and pool, and is suitable for 6 persons.
Lower floor: Yoga studio with veranda/terrace overlooking the pool, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), one bedroom with two beds and bathroom, one bedroom with French bed. Bathroom.
Upper floor: Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), WC, large living room.
The price includes 3 hours of cleaning on Saturdays, for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. Wi-Fi included. Nearest shops/restaurants 3 km away.
