This charming holiday home can accommodate up to 17 people and is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, just outside Florence (25 km). Surrounded by centuries-old olive and cypress trees, the property consists of a villa and a cottage and, from its exclusive hilltop location, you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° view of the Tuscan surroundings. The villa, originally built in the 11th century, has undergone extensive and careful restoration. As a result, this beautiful villa is now equipped with all the modern comforts and amenities guests need for an unforgettable and memorable holiday. The villa consists of two separate flats connected by a connecting door and is rented together with the adjacent barn, a splendid cottage with a private pool. In fact, there are two swimming pools available to guests. An infinity pool (11x7 metres, open from May to the end of September) with a beautiful hydromassage corner (2 metres wide) from which to enjoy a breathtaking panorama, and another pool (8x3, up to 1.40 metres deep) adjacent to the villa's outdoor terrace with hydromassage jets. The villa is on two floors and is furnished in typical Tuscan style, with exceptional works of art such as valuable paintings, Montelupo ceramics and typical ornaments. On the ground floor there are two spacious living rooms, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with beautiful arched windows offering spectacular views over the valley, a service bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with shower, and a study room with a French bed. The villa has two furnished covered terraces, ideal for outdoor dining. On the first floor are two spacious living rooms with a huge fireplace, ideal for relaxing with a book, a bright, panoramic kitchen with a terrace, a service bathroom, a master bedroom with a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with double shower, a large bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen and other rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Twenty metres from the villa is the two-storey cottage, consisting of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned double bedrooms and two shower rooms on the ground floor. Upstairs is an open gallery with a fireplace and a spacious living room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two). Outside there is a large and sunny veranda, fully equipped, where one can sunbathe or eat outside. Facilities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, DVD player, CD player, safe, barbecue. The property is fenced, has a large garden and ample parking. Access is via an automatic gate.
