Situated about 20 kilometres from the centre of Florence, it is also an excellent starting point for day trips to Volterra, Vinci, Certaldo San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca and Pisa. Just 900 metres away is the village of Montagnana with post office, bank, bar, pizzeria and a renowned restaurant where you can enjoy "la bistecca alla fiorentina".
