Any problems we had were quickly resolved.
Flat was better than the pictures- they dont do it justice.
Very spacious.
Clean.
Lovely extras such as shower gel, shampoo etc things you sometimes forget on a stay.
Gated area- need a fob to enter and exit. This made me feel incredibly safe.
Bedding wasn't strange. The sheet and mattress topper didnt seem to fit the beds and fell off during the night, disturbed the sleep.
The pillows in one of the bedrooms were rock solid (think they were memory foam ones) but the other room they were soft so swapped them.

Great quiet location within easy distance of Smithdown student area and Sefton Park. Warm and comfortable apartment with plenty of space for 2 people. Good comms re facilities and gate codes.
A proper table for working or eating would be a bonus.
