It is spacious and provided us with facilities that we need for just an overnight stay. The location and free on street parking is great. Checking in and out is at ease. Property owner responded quickly when there was issue with the boiler.

The main issue was with the boiler—The boiler went into error when one of us was having a shower. We contacted the owner and it helps when she responded fairly quickly. Fortunately the boiler came back on after a reset, otherwise I couldn’t imagine us all not be able to take a shower after a day out and I would be stressed being the responsible person who booked this place for the group. Many of us found the water temperature wasn’t warm enough for a decent shower. The boiler went into error again in the morning the next day and resetting it solve the issue. There was only half a roll of toilet paper provided in the whole house for 6 people, which is absolutely insufficient. We have to use our own tissue worrying the next user hasn’t got enough when someone runs urgently into the toilet. Some other areas that needs improvement are:- One of the double bed rooms and the bedding is dusty. The kettle is dirty inside and it put us off using it. There was a television sitting in the sitting room, but literally just sitting there, as it is not connected to antenna and the remote control is without battery.

House was nice. Bigger than expected. Will definitely book again .

The keys were available early per a request. The lock box was discrete enough not to be obvious to passers by, but easily accessible so as not to be a hassle. The house had loads of space and was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and anybody I met was friendly. There was a small shop at the end of the road less than 5 minutes walk with essentials, and further down there were take aways and larger shops. The cost of an Uber into the city center is around £10 so convenient for everything.

It would be nice to have an outside space if the weather was good, but for a city break and what we were looking for it really wasn't a problem. A spare set of keys also would have been good so we didn't have to arrive at the same time to get in after a night out.

La cocina era practica y tenía lo esencial. Para una noche está acomodación más que suficiente. Las habitaciones tenían toallas.

Tuvimos problemas con la calefacción ya que no funcionaba cuando llegamos y la casa estaba helada. No había una buena explicación de como funciona. Tras varios intentos por teléfono la chica que administra la propiedad nos explicó y arreglo el problema de la calefacción. Las camas no eran tan cómodas un poco duras y las alfombras de las habitaciones no olía bien. Deberían poner mas ambientadores o abrir las ventanas para que se ventile la casa.
