BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, WE WILL NEED YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES:
Our home is NOT for parties. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $2,500 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the house. A $1,500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and scrub walls.
No loud noise or music BETWEEN 10PM - 7AM. After 10 PM we kindly ask all conversation and activity be moved in indoors to respect our neighbors.
No moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
No unplugging of the electronics like TVS, lamps, etc.
Check-in time is after 4:00PM
Check-out time is 10:00AM
Late checkout requests must be made in advance and are subject to host approval. This helps us ensure our cleaning team has enough time and support to prepare the unit for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding!
The Duplex has total of 3 parking spaces. Spot A, B & C. Street public parking is also available on first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for guest’s violation.
Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC or heater.
Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.
Only registered guests on the reservation list are allowed on the property!
This property has camera or recording device by the front patio and outside the parking area only for security purposes.
Please no USPS, UPS and Amazon packages! We’re not responsible for any lost packages or mails you may have delivered to the property.
Available BBQ grill is available on site. However, guests to provide their own tank or have the tank refilled at usage and clean up the grill after themselves. Additional grill cleaning will be charged.

In the event that you need to shorten your stay for any reason, please note that refunds are generally not possible. Our bookings are often made well in advance, and it can be challenging to accommodate last-minute changes or find replacement guests. In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund if we can secure another reliable guests for the same dates. However, this will depend on availability and other factors. Thank you for your understanding!
This property is PET FREE! Any types of pets or animals are NOT allowed on the premises.

This home is privately owned; the owner/host and cohost are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
