Beit Al Madina

Un établissement exceptionnel, rien à redire la chambre est spacieuse avec une vue apaisante, le personnel est au petit soin à chaque fois qu’on avait besoin de quelque chose ils étaient là pour nous aider, le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des spécialités égyptienne, l’emplacement est également parfait car situé à côté de beaucoup de sites d’intérêt, tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Encore merci à toute l’équipe !

We had a great stay here in Luxor. The location on the West Bank was perfect. It was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted to see. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Ali and Karim were incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome. They checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. They also arranged a driver for us, Hamdi, who was reliable, professional, and stayed with us the entire day while we explored. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and we really appreciated the tea they made for us every night. The view from the property is amazing with the balloons especially considering the price. Easily one of the best places we stayed during our trip.

A bit far from East Bank and uber isn’t reliable but driver can be arranged

Everything was nice

We liked the location and the room, it was very clean and spacious and very clean. The service, people, staff and food were amazing! The view from the roof was beautiful, you could see the lights in the night and the hot air balloons from the balcony, it was beautiful. Chef Kareem did an awesome job with the food and the manager Ali was always so kind and there to act quickly. Taxi driver Hamti was very reliable and on time and helped us find things to do!

There was nothing bad to say, we loved everything about the hotel!
