on the upper floor it was hot even during the night, as we were there in the major heat wave, so we had to have the AC on for the entire night

Nicely furnished two-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on an attractive street in Treviso, just outside the old town. Treviso is a refined and enjoyable town that's a very convenient stopover before departing from San Marco Airport. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds.

The entry process is unusually complicated, but our hostesses were very responsive and even came to the apartment to resolve an entry issue. It would have been preferable to not need this extra attention.

Great location, close to tons of local shops and restaurants. Quiet inside the apartment, with no road noise. Friendly owner, very responsive to feedback and available for questions. Place was clean and functional.

AC was very limited, so better than nothing, but not going to have a pleasant room temperature in summer. Beds are pretty uncomfortable, I guess IKEA standard. It's a 2 bedroom place with an extra sleeper sofa, but there is only one small couch in the living area, which seats max of 3 people. You also only get one key to enter the building, and you can't use the doorbell system, so every time someone without a key wants in, you will need to go down to get them. There is an elevator, which you will be forced to take every time, as keys to the front door are not provided at all. Parking is not included. You will have to pay for street parking, if you can find it (we did, about a 10 min walk away) The check in app is inconvenient at best. Took me at least 15 minutes, as you have to fill out a form and upload three separate pictures of your ID for every person (12 photos for a family of 4) and select your nationality at least twice (again for every person), from a list of 200 unalphabatized counties. My guess is the list is alphabetical if you use the Italian version of the app... You will also be asked to pay an additional tourist tax, which is not mention before booking. The app payment function didn't work for me, so had to find cash to pay.
