Enjoyable stay in beautiful Treviso
Treviso is a very pleasant town with excellent rail services. The flat is spacious with good kitchen facilities and lounge/ diner.
About a mile from the station - we were happy with that - it is on a frequent bus route. The road can be busy - less so at night.

The negatives outweighed the positives.
The location in reference to Central Treviso was good with most amenities within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious, parking was provided.
The remote for the parking gate did not work, so someone had to go outside the gate to open it with a key while another person drove the car through the gate. Parking was very tight and turning the car to drive out (reversing out on the bust road would be suicide) required an 8-point turn. The booking site stated that there was a safety deposit box, but we could not find it. When we asked the owner where it was, we were told it was not made accessible to us as we did not book the single room. He said maintenance would sort it out ??? At about 9:00am one morning, a woman let herself into the apartment to collect the rubbish while we were there. She did not knock or announce herself, just walk straight in with no apology. We had been told to request garbage collection when needed, but we had not done this. There were no cutting kitchen knives in the property when we arrived. We called and asked if it was possible to get some. They said they would bring some around at midday the next day, but we did not get any until 3:00pm. Not all the roller shutters on the windows closed properly, so we could not totally block the street lights in the bedroom at night. As we were leaving, I tried to return the keys to the key locker, but the code had been changed. So, I just left the keys in the apartment.

Perfect for our family visit
Great location to explore Treviso. Received some excellent tips for sights and good restaurants from Leonardo. Apartment was very spacious and we also had 2 parking spaces.
A little warm as there is no aircon and we could not really leave the windows open due to the traffic noise.
