Great value for a short break

Large but unloved

The apartment was way larger than we expected and the beds were very comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of Treviso Station, so we took the train to Venice (around 45 mins). There was an allocated parking space beyond a gate, so it felt very secure. It was easy to get the keys from the lockbox using the instructions provided. We also liked the (what looked like homemade) art around the apartment.

We stayed in 5 properties over 10 nights and this was the only one we were disappointed with. Before arrival we received several messages from the owner telling us to check-in online. However, we had to input our passport details and other personal data which didn't feel very secure. I almost cancelled it because of this, as it was via a website that we'd never heard of and felt like it could have been a scam. When we arrived, there were 4 used towels on the floor of one of the bathrooms, a hair tie in the other and toothpaste marks in one of the sinks. The main shower (which looked great) was rather broken so didn't work at all well. It also took us ages to work out how to get hot water (you had to turn on one of the switches under the boiler, but it wasn't particularly obvious and there was no guest information to help you figure it out). We could probably have contacted the owner for this info, but when you arrive late at night, you don't want to. A toilet seat was also loose in one of the bathrooms. There was also no info on how to deal with waste. There were 4 bashed up recycling bins stacked up inside each other on the balcony, but it wasn't clear if we were supposed to use them or not. It was a shame because this place could be really great, as it has been decorated in a modern style and is so large, but it just felt a bit unloved. It didn't detract from the enjoyment of our holiday (and I don't normally write negative reviews!), but until the above is sorted, I couldn't recommend it.

Alcune defezioni tipo: una sola lampada per camera, poca luce nel bagno piccolo ( lampada centrale bruciata), lampadina mancante nella lampada da tavolo nel soggiorno. Sarebbe stato gradito trovare almeno 2 bottiglie d’acqua e qualche capsula di caffè dal momento che è presente la macchina espresso Lavazza. Mancanza di attaccapanni nel bagno e di sedia nelle camere, cuscini scomodi.

Das Appartemente hat eine sehr gute Lager in der Nähe des Bahnhofs - auch das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch und hätte 10 Punkte-Bewertung gebracht

La ubicación es cercana al aeropuerto y espacioso el apartamento.

No funcionaba la calefacción en el salón entonces hacia mucho frío y el grifo de la bañera estaba roto.

Okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Geht so! Man sollte nicht genau hinschauen…

Es war nicht richtig sauber - dies wurde nach einer Beschwerde aber sofort korrigiert - der erste Eindruck war aber futsch. Leider sind Ameisen in der Küche - auch hier wurde nachgesteuert - die lästigen Ameisen waren aber leider schon nach 2 Tagen zurück.

Haben sie Lust 1h für ein onlinechecking zu verschwenden wobei sie alle ihre persönlichen Daten inklusive Fotos von Ihnen und ihrem Pass auf einer zwilichtigen Webseite hochzuladen. Danach ein leichtes sie müssen nur über drei verschiedene Platformen mit dem Vermieter kommunizieren und 1h vor der Unterkunft warten bis sie die Anleitung bekommen wie sie in das Appartement kommen. Danach ein lieblos eingerichtetes Appartement. Die Vermietung ist sogar zu faul die Wasserhanen zu reparieren (siehe Fotos).

Appartement fonctionnel ,dommage que cela soit que pour la rentabilité

L'appartement est fonctionnel ,

la communication , notamment pour les poubelles , aucune explication, Pour les taxes vous devez les régler lors du check In mais ils passent par des financiers ,on nous prend 8€ de frais en plus de la taxe de séjour qui est de 4€ par jour et par personne .Vous n'avez pas le choix puisqu'il faut faire par internet et régler pour valider . Le freezer faisait igloo pas de dégivrage et certains ustensiles pas très propre
