I appreciated the location of these apartments, which is close to the city center and to the main attractions, the short distance to the bus and train stations, and the affordable price. I also appreciated the apartment's generous size, the elevator, and the overall safety of the space. A special mention goes to the company representatives we interacted with, online or by phone. They were all extremely efficient and promptly helped us with all our requests, from the moment we made the reservation to when we needed a late check-out. Warm thanks for this!

Since I have stayed in this place several times in the past, I believe I can make relevant comparisons. The general condition of the apartments is not what it used to be. The walls need repainting, and the shower fixtures need to be checked. The coffee maker in the kitchen is completely useless without coffee capsules. We tried to buy capsules, but the model is atypical, and such capsules are only available for wholesale. Fortunately, there are a couple of coffee shops nearby.

This place is in a great location and was probably once great. Sadly it has not been maintained properly and is now feeling shabby and unclean. It has most things provided for an easy stay, coffee machine, washing machine etc, but just doesn't feel fresh. There are lots of mosquitoes in the apartment and evidence of previous guests smashing them on walls and ceilings, so it must be a constant problem. Light switches were loose, there were brown stains on the roller curtain next to the toilet (!) and very dusty on the floors. The place needs a checkover by a maintenance person, a deep clean and a lick of paint. We were glad we only stayed one night.
