Central location at a reasonable price

I appreciated the location of these apartments, which is close to the city center and to the main attractions, the short distance to the bus and train stations, and the affordable price. I also appreciated the apartment's generous size, the elevator, and the overall safety of the space. A special mention goes to the company representatives we interacted with, online or by phone. They were all extremely efficient and promptly helped us with all our requests, from the moment we made the reservation to when we needed a late check-out. Warm thanks for this!

Since I have stayed in this place several times in the past, I believe I can make relevant comparisons. The general condition of the apartments is not what it used to be. The walls need repainting, and the shower fixtures need to be checked. The coffee maker in the kitchen is completely useless without coffee capsules. We tried to buy capsules, but the model is atypical, and such capsules are only available for wholesale. Fortunately, there are a couple of coffee shops nearby.

Wonderful location and quiet at night, easy access and lift were helpful.

Great central appartment.

Great appartment for three couples or a large family. Plenty of room for six people. Bedrooms very comfortable and great bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. The appartment is right in the middle of Treviso, in close walking distance to the bus and railway stations. The communication by the team running the appartment was great. Easy check in and out. We had a fantastic long weekend.

A disaster!

So, why a 4? This is the reason, curtains not properly, à chair totally worn, damaged walls, bedside lamp but useless because of no electricity there, no thee jus some coffee and even no sugar or milk,for 5 nights 2 towels and even not a pair of little ones to use after the toilet visit,a very very tiny bottle of slumberous shower gel, and as masterpiece: a lot of disgusting fungus in the bathroom!This apartment is a real example how to make money as fast as possible, disgusting! The heating in the master bedroom does not work and almost forgot, there is a not working clock on the wall!

Poor customer service and air conditioning not up to standard

Located in centro storico, short distance from restaurants and Piazza dei Signori. Good car parking nearby (paid). Good communication from staff regarding parking options.

Had to chase staff for access codes. (Didn't receive codes until after 4pm). Air conditioning wasn't effective, resulting in an uncomfortably hot and sweaty night in July. When staff were contacted about lack of access codes and air conditioning problems, they were dismissive. Poor customer experience, not up to expectations.

Modern apartments but heat was a problem.

Clean, good location, well equipped

The air conditioning system in the building couldn’t cope with the heat wave conditions, but staff member we phoned was excellent and let us move from hot 4th floor apartment to a 1st floor one that wasn’t quite so hot and had 2 plug in fans which were a lifesaver.

A great location and a nice, clean apartment for the price. Really convenient for the bus and train station, and exploring Treviso on foot.

No big issues, but extra pillows would have been nice (you only get one each) and the toilet seat was loose.

Great location. Comfortable, but for the money it could pay more attention to detail

Great location, spacious and bright.

Curtain in the bathroom window was broken. When reported, staff was not available during allegedly office hours. They responded to my email first thing the following day. Only a landline number was available, and no way to reach staff besides booking.com contact. I ended up fixing it myself be attaching it with laundry pegs. A handy person was promised that never arrived, during our stay. Overall the place was comfortable, but for the money I would have expected more.

Stay for the location, but have low expectations

The location was the best part. Easy access to the train station, downtown Treviso, and great restaurants just across the street (Filo and Da Roberto).

In retrospect I would probably pay more to stay somewhere else more comfortable. This is a bare minimum accommodation. The apartment itself was spacious, but the beds were uncomfortable, the AC was not yet able to be turned on, and the everything felt a bit grimy. The beds did not have true linens, just a sheet over the mattress and a blanket. The sheet would move around at night so we’d end up just on top of the mattress. The linens we were provided for the sofa bed were the same sheet and blanket, but we were not provided a pillow. The sofa bed mattress was also quite stained in several spots. The heat was turned on to 25C when we arrived. The apartment felt like walking into an oven. We turned it off and attempted to use the AC, however, the hosts told us the building AC was not yet turned on so it would not work. We opened the windows but the apartment stayed at 23-25C the entire trip. In addition to the loud street noise (middle of the night garbage trucks and foot traffic), what was worse was that by opening the windows, the apartment filled with mosquitos. We spent the nights swatting away bugs and woke up covered in bites. My 2 year old was especially bitten all over his face. It was odd because we only had this issue in the apartment and not when walking around outside. I bought us repellent but it did not last the whole night. Mosquitos are not the apartment’s fault, but it was really unfortunate that we could not use the AC to cool down the rooms and instead had this bug problem. The apartment was clean, but just on the surface. There were small dead flies on the wall behind the oven and dust all over the hangers in the bedrooms. The bathroom door also wasn’t fitted right so it scraped the floor opening and closing, which was extremely loud and disruptive at night. The faucet on the bathtub fell off while turning on the water. The least of my concerns was the decor, but it was also odd for the location (pictures of golf courses).

Excellent for family

The location is perfect - next to bus stops (the bus stop to the airport), the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops. Very cozy, comfortable, excellent for family with a toddler. Nice and clean with a kitchen.

Excellent as a starting point to visit Venice

The location is very good. It is close to the train station - a starting point to visit Venice or other neighboring cities. It is also close to the historic city center of Treviso (though it is a small city). The kitchen has everything you need to fix a quick breakfast or dinner. There are 2 TV sets in the apartment - but all the channels are exclusively in Italian. The living room is big (more than we actually needed). The bedroom and bathroom are of a good size. WiFi signal is very good. Recycling the garbage is very easy (also in the city, which attaches much importance on this issue). As a fun fact, it is said that the glass recycled here in Treviso is upcycled and turned into Murano glass.

The mattress on the bed is comfortable enough, but it is not made of modern materials (memory foam); it is a mattress with springs, which squeak whenever you turn around. It won't matter if your tired enough. There is a locker at the reception counter to leave the luggage, but you have to trust that no other tenant would take your luggage instead of theirs, as the access code is the same for everybody. (The reception is just for taking the keys based on a code, otherwise there is nobody there at any time.)

Great option for Treviso/Veneto Area. highly recommend it.

Great place for visiting Treviso and the Veneto region (easy access by train to Venice, Padova, Vicenza, etc), inside the city walls, 5 minutes away from the city center (Piazza dei Signori), and 3 min from the train station. 2-3 Coffee places in the vicinity + a PAM supermarket. Big living room, good bedrooms also, good fit for 4-5 adults (we had a 2 bedroom apartment, there are more to pick from). Really clean, modern, nothing else to ask from. Easy access to the room, contactless check-in/key pickup.

Great location, great apartment for warmer season

The apartment was close to the center in a nice street with plenty of public parking and coffee shops, a few steps away from the main street with easy access to center and transportation. It was very quiet there was no street noise in spite of being in a busy part of town with lots of traffic

There was only one key so we were forced to go in and out all together. Also there was a problem with the heating and it was very hard to speak to someone directly since the "office" was never manned. It was fixed eventually but we were leaving so our stay wasn't as pleasant.

Exceptional service truly deserves the highest praise

Their outstanding customer service, marked by their remarkable efficiency and prompt responses to all my messages and requests. This has truly set a new standard for my Treviso visits. Location is good and convenient nearby to Treviso train station and all major visits with couple minutes walk. Close to restaurant and supermarket. Easy to find and located in the main road allows traffic just outside the building.

This place has an excellent location right in the heart of Treviso. The check in and check out is very easy and fully automated. All needed information was provided on time and we barely had any questions. We really appreciated that luggage storage was available before check in and after check out. I highly recommend this place!

I was a bit surprised that for such a good service and nice apartment there weren't any blankets, only thin bedsheets to cover yourself at night. I was also surprised we had only 10 ml dish soap for a group of 4 people. There is a dishwasher, but only 1 capsule was left. It seems like we were allowed to use it just once for our stay of 3 nights. I'm sure all these details can be communicated with the host and they'll be sorted.

Ideal self catering location in Treviso

Great location with plenty of food and shops located nearby. Really quiet in apt with plenty of space and facilities. Self check-in with key pick up worked great and having place to leave luggage as well.
