I appreciated the location of these apartments, which is close to the city center and to the main attractions, the short distance to the bus and train stations, and the affordable price. I also appreciated the apartment's generous size, the elevator, and the overall safety of the space. A special mention goes to the company representatives we interacted with, online or by phone. They were all extremely efficient and promptly helped us with all our requests, from the moment we made the reservation to when we needed a late check-out. Warm thanks for this!

Since I have stayed in this place several times in the past, I believe I can make relevant comparisons. The general condition of the apartments is not what it used to be. The walls need repainting, and the shower fixtures need to be checked. The coffee maker in the kitchen is completely useless without coffee capsules. We tried to buy capsules, but the model is atypical, and such capsules are only available for wholesale. Fortunately, there are a couple of coffee shops nearby.

The space is so comfortable and large for a longer stay. The facilities like kitchenette and bathroom were great.

It wasn’t so clean when we arrived which was disappointing because while big areas looked clean there were corners with hairs and dust and even food still on the tables. Which was intriguing as the joint customer service had said we weren’t able to access early check in because they want to clean the room to a high standard before we were to enter! More than the property the organisation and system of communication was poor. Cleaners on site were polite and helpful but had little power and the staff responding to online messages were replying with little concrete help or information and kept repeating the same things and occasionally being quite shirty! However no resolution for non functioning aircon during was found until the 7th day of asking them to forward messages onto someone who had the power to rectify the issue. Unfortunately this meant in the meantime we were very hot in the apartment and if we hadn’t been lucky with the weather when a storm broke the heat it would have been very uncomfortable. The cleaners sourced fans for us but this came by chance as I asked for their help! And on day 7 the underfloor heating seemed to be working to cool the apartment down (although not very well in my parent’s apartment!).
