Amazing experience

The property was very neat and clean. It was prepared well before we checked in with all the necessary amenities provided. The host was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Host can be easily contacted and always ready to assist. Worth way more than what we payed for.

Excellent would highly recommend

Everything was cosy and well decorated, the hosts couldn’t do enough to you would definitely recommend , we took out weeks old grandson and the hosts went out to buy a travel cot

Small cups but that’s us that likes a big mug, we bought some and left them there, again as said just our preference

Overnight to visit family

Overall the property was a comfortable base while visiting family who live locally. Clean overall, nice and warm, with a lamp left on to welcome us as we arrived. Lots of tea and coffee including decaf tea which was nice, but no milk, although there is a Sainsbury convience store nearby. We weren't in the property much as we were going out for the evening so didn't use most of the kitchen facilities. Good prompt communications with the owner and manager.

Couldn't park near the property when we arrived. We made alternative arrangements and saw that we could have parked later but it didn't help when we arrived. Smoke alarm bipping when we arrived which I reported. They offered to come out straight away, but we declined that, just wanted to ensure that they were aware.

We were the first ever guests and couldn’t fault it — we’d absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay

The house was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, with a very homely feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean and spotless. The property was extremely well equipped from shower gel and hot chocolate to a washer dryer with detergent pods. There were plenty of soft, high-quality towels, fast WiFi, and even a hoover and mop easily accessible, which I loved. The location is great, parking is easy, and there’s a shop just down the road. Check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The hosts were amazing very quick to respond, kind, and understanding when we were a bit loud. They even left us a lovely note and allowed super early check-in and offered late check-out.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.
