Contemporary Private Home Near Nottingham with Free Parking and Garden

Spacious and well equipped especially downstairs. Plenty of space for parking on the driveway, communication from owner excellent. Really good, powerful shower which was much needed in the hot weather!

A couple of very minor things like no handle on the toilet flush, shower pole broken at the top end, no microwave in the kitchen? However this absolutely did not affect our overall satisfaction with the property, would definitely consider booking again 😁

The kitchen was nice and big, and the bed was comfortable. Location for my training was spot on.

Hob was one of those old-style electric ones with slow response time to temperature control and I set off the fire alarm, which then sounded for 4 hours until it could be reset. Kitchen lacks utensils, saucepans were distorted and more like Woks. No microwave. Light smell of damp in the living room

I’m afraid the property was not clean. I’m sure it had been lovely when first renovated but sadly is in need of a DEEP CLEAN I had to smell the sheets to ascertain they had been laundered as the bed looked like someone had just got out of it! Someone’s pants on the radiator in kitchen. Freezer with someone elses food in it The Oven & Hob were unusable. The small lounge had a very distinct smell….. in fact if I’d sat in there… I’d have become ‘Higher than My Hair’ ! We’d arrived after a long journey & decided to make the most of it Thankfully only for 1 night !
