Do not stay here, don't waste your money!

Nothing

All of it. The apartment is situated above a cafe, which we could hear the music from when inside. There was black mould in the corner of the bedroom with curtain poles that weren't secure on one side. Toiletries in the bathroom left over from the previous occupant, and stains on the toilet mat. Food left in the fridge from the previous occupant along with grease splattered up the wall, the fire alarm was left on top of the fridge not fixed to the ceiling and when we checked it, it didn't work anyway! The main light in the lounge was awful and dim, with only one curtain up at the window, again the curtain pole hanging off on one side and clothes left piled up in the corner. Just not a nice place to stay at all. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel as we didn't feel safe there. Communication with the property owner was awful, I had to ring her to find where we got the key from and she didn't return any messages.

Pleasant

The flat was very clean and comfortable. It suited our purposes well and was a convenient location for the event we were attending.

The communication about access to the flat could have been better but was sorted quite quickly which we appreciated. There were a few small issues but nothing that would put us off staying again

Emergency accommodation, no more sofa surfing!

Just what we needed after being evicted temporary from our flat for emergency repairs. Everything we needed and good location for Nottingham

Bathroom door didn't quite close properly. Couldn't find hairdryer.
