Location, very clean unit with lots of toiletries, towels and kitchen usable.

The steep climb to three floors. No elevators.

By far the best stay we had on our trip to Japan. Your own 3 story villa in the middle of Tokyo. Very clean, with full size living room with open kitchen, large bedrooms, two full size bathrooms with shower and toilet, and an extra toilet on the top floor. Balconies on both upper floors and a private roof top terrace. We stayed 9 people and had room to spare. Great location, about 5 and 10 min walk to two different subway lines, in a calm neighborhood but still with enough restaurants/bars on the same street to keep you occupied if you want to stay within walking distance for the night. 1 stop from one of my favorite neighborhoods, Nakano, and a couple of stops away from Shinjuku and Shibuya. AC/Heating on every floor and, I think, in every room (This is important, Japanese houses have very little insulation, the first one we stayed in we hade to wear our coats inside). All amenities provided, even had some extra phone chargers. Smooth check in/check out. Can’t recommend enough!
