一等地にあるのに広くて安い 部屋も綺麗で何も問題なかった。 友人たちと楽しく過ごせたのでまた利用したい

・とても広々としたお部屋で、バルコニーも広く、開放感があった。 ・和室の雰囲気が良かった。 ・東池袋駅からすぐとアクセスも良かった。

中は綺麗に改装されているが、建物自体が新しいわけではなかった。

Location.

Furnishing is a bit old & need a bit more upkeep. Need to look into the hot water program as it switch off automatically while showering.

The location was great, lots of bedrooms and space in the common area.

The check-in time is very late at 6pm Terrible response to having no hot water on arrival. The manual is not detailed enough. It took from 6:30pm to 9pm to fix the hot water, only really because there was such a delayed response to every message. They should have someone available from 6-7pm to attend to any issues. I called Emergency but they could only correspond by message, no phone call. In the end there was an error message on the water controls and we had to reset the gas, this would have taken ten minutes if we could have had contact with someone.
