The main living room welcomes you with abundant natural light and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Sliding doors open to a pristine backyard featuring a firepit and lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or winding down after the day’s adventures. The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a full refrigerator and freezer, a Keurig/12-cup coffee maker combo, and all the essentials for home cooking. The dining table for four overlooks the dramatic canyon landscape, creating a memorable backdrop for every meal.
A lower-level second living room doubles as a private bedroom with a king-size sofa bed. A sliding barn door allows the space to be fully closed off for privacy, making it perfect for guests, remote work, or a cozy TV room. This versatile area features a flat-screen TV and views of the front yard. A beautifully designed full bathroom with a glass shower serves the downstairs level, and a full stackable washer and dryer sit just off the kitchen for added convenience.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease and application are required. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply).
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
