Fantastic North Pacific Beach Cottage LAST MINUTE DEALS AVAILABLE!!!!

Great place! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of great spots. Loved the back patio area for dinner and hanging out in the summertime.

This location put us close to the beach and not far from the airport and downtown. Close to a grocery store, gas stations, and food.

We loved this little house on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach. We even met the neighbor who welcomed us and chatted with us about the area for a few minutes. There were 5 of us; four adults and a 7 mo baby so having 3 bedrooms was great. The kitchen was fully equipped, though we mostly ate out, plenty of linens and comfortable beds and furniture. We especially loved taking our coffee outside in the mornings but had trouble deciding which we liked best, the enclosed backyard with a BIG table or the chairs on the front porch. Finally the location was perfect. Close to many beaches and the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, yet away from the crowds and noise. I would definitely rent here again. We had one tiny issue at the front door when we arrived and it was solved in minutes after one quick phone call! Highly recommend!

$1.2mm home with furniture and amenities as if it’s an $800.00 a month furnished apartment. Knives are super dull, tv remotes battery covers broke, furniture is not that comfortable for a longer stay. Bikes provided were old and have flat tires. WiFi was intermittently out. The place needs a little love in my opinion. My main complaint is that there was a massive construction project right behind the home making it impossible to work from home during the week. The sound was insanely loud. 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM NON STOP. I would not have stayed there for free if I knew what I was signing up for. However, the owner was generous to refund a little less than one nights stay for the week which I did appreciate and thought was a nice gesture. I don’t think he realized a project was starting to be fair. The place also was pretty convenient to a couple convenient stores and was very quiet at night at least which was nice. Communication with owner is not the best. I did not receive check in instructions until about 2 minutes before check in time. And I left a couple of items when my stay was over, and simply asked the owner if I could retrieve the items at some point, to which I received zero response from owner with a simple yes or no. Initially, I was going to give this property 5 stars but after a full weeks stay, the construction (war zone), and the poor communication, the best I can do is 3 stars. I think maybe having a better property manager would be very helpful in improving this property and its features. It has potential!
