Turquoise By The Sea is a Beach bungalow in North Pacific Beach located on Missouri Street, between Mission Blvd. and Bayard! Completely furnished, Turquoise By The Sea is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, just one block away from the ocean. In the fully enclosed backyard, your pets will be able to run around and you will find a BBQ and a fire pit, an outdoor table with an umbrella for 6 to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather.
La Jolla is less than one mile away, Sea World is 2 miles away, Garnet Avenue for shopping, nightlife, and amazing views from historic Crystal Pier - all just three blocks away or even to famous Belmont Park (1.5 miles away) with the Giant Dipper, the historic roller coaster, catch a concert at Sound Wave (formerly Cane's) or ride the wave at the Wave House. Of course, Sail Bay with its picturesque scenery is blocks away too! Close to SDSU, USD, and UCSD. San Diego Bay Fair is just a bike ride away too! A short car ride gets you anywhere in the Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and Pacific Beach areas. Also not far is downtown San Diego and Petco Park, as well as Qualcomm Stadium and Balboa Park. Head up the hill for a scenic drive to the Viejas Casino and Outlet Center for world-class gambling and great bargains. Or head around the corner for a round of golf at Mission Bay Golf Course or Torrey Pines Golf Course!
Inside you will be comfortable as you lounge watching a flick on the smart tv, curling up with a book as the sun shines through the windows, or listening to your favorite music. The hardwood floors, stainless appliances, Corian counters, and mix of shabby chic and modern furnishing make this tasteful home hard to leave. Although, Tourmaline Beach - the best surf spot in San Diego calls!
Turquoise By The Sea comfortably sleeps six. The master bathroom includes a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins and the sofa bed pulls out into a full-size mattress.

If you’re looking for an immaculate luxury rental, this isn’t it. But, if you’re looking for a charming & cozy beach cottage close to Pacific Beach, you’ve found it. We had an amazing stay here with our two teens and two dogs. The home itself is adorable… there is a little stamp in the concrete from the 1960s so not sure how old the home is, but I’d guess it’s about that old. On the interior, it’s got a cute teal vibe (even the countertops are a light teal). The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed to cook meals. It’s not new, and it does show signs of wear, but it was clean. My only recommendation would be updating some of the furniture. The house had two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The mattresses were comfy. They supplied towels, soap, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking supplies as well as pots, pans, and dishes. Outside there was an enclosed patio, which was awesome for the dogs, plus off street parking, which was a huge benefit since the street parking was pretty much full the entire time. We also appreciated the bikes and boogie boards in the guest storage. In terms of the location, it really couldn’t have been much better. It was almost 2 blocks to the boardwalk and close to the main shopping area in pacific beach. We were able to try out a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops. We rode bikes out to the end of mission beach and back from the cottage. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

A great time at a great place. Excellent location to beach and good times. A quintessential southern Ca beach cottage and very cozy, clean n quiet. Marco was very responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be on the return visit list!

We had an amazing time at the Bungalow! It’s in a great location, it’s a minute or two walk to the beach. We loved that there were two beach cruisers. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean. The property manager was a pleasure to work with! We would stay here again!
