Turquoise By The Sea is a Beach bungalow in North Pacific Beach located on Missouri Street, between Mission Blvd. and Bayard! Completely furnished, Turquoise By The Sea is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, just one block away from the ocean. In the fully enclosed backyard, your pets will be able to run around and you will find a BBQ and a fire pit, an outdoor table with an umbrella for 6 to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather.

La Jolla is less than one mile away, Sea World is 2 miles away, Garnet Avenue for shopping, nightlife, and amazing views from historic Crystal Pier - all just three blocks away or even to famous Belmont Park (1.5 miles away) with the Giant Dipper, the historic roller coaster, catch a concert at Sound Wave (formerly Cane's) or ride the wave at the Wave House. Of course, Sail Bay with its picturesque scenery is blocks away too! Close to SDSU, USD, and UCSD. San Diego Bay Fair is just a bike ride away too! A short car ride gets you anywhere in the Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and Pacific Beach areas. Also not far is downtown San Diego and Petco Park, as well as Qualcomm Stadium and Balboa Park. Head up the hill for a scenic drive to the Viejas Casino and Outlet Center for world-class gambling and great bargains. Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach. Had many things like boogie boards, beach cruisers, chairs etc. which were a very nice addition. Garage was very convenient. Very clean with clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again in the future

We had a great time staying here. The location is amazing, close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. The outside patio was perfect for grilling and eating outside each night. Four of us fit just fine in the house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property is in a great location. And enough in size. 1 block from the beach and plenty of places to eat. The garage was a big help, as parking can be challenging. We had our babies with us, dog and cat. The yard was a good space for them as well as us. It was sufficient for our needs. Owner was prompt in response to us with our questions.

Very nice property. The kitchen and bathroom space are updated and the living areas are very nice and cozy. Wall space heaters were great for our stay during the winter. Easy walking distance to the beach. Wonderful backyard area. Outdoor covered garage is quite tight to fit large vehicles as advertised but doable. We had a large suburban and I was able to get in and out with a little effort but was nice so I didn’t have to fight to find parking on the street.

Great location, big backyard. Small bath, remodeled efficiency kitchen. Very clean. No dishwasher. Could really use a coat of paint inside and out. Smells like there used to be a smoker there. Expensive for what it is, but can’t beat the location.

Sweet and so close to everything! Loved having a split bedroom floorplan. Nice, private backyard with a great gas grill. Having garage parking was priceless. Fully stocked kitchen so we could cook vice eating out all the time. Ralph's & Sprouts are just down the street. Easy beach access only a block and a half away. Excellent communication with our hosts! Definitely recommend.

This stay exceeds all expectations! This location is so great. I didn’t realize when I booked how great the location is. So close to the beach. Half a block down to mission street with so many restaurants and one block more to Pacific beach. We walked every day to see the sunset. Everything on my itinerary happened to be very close! The place is super clean and has everything you need. The owners are very responsive. I’m so happy we booked this place and will not book any other next time. I can see my family coming to this place every year.

This is our second time staying at turquoise by the sea. The location is fantastic in Pacific Beach. You are two blocks from the beach and just a few blocks north of the pier. Many excellent restaurants and bars are nearby. You can also get to Mission Bay quickly as well. The house is very spacious for two people and the screen door that is on the front door really helps with keeping the fresh ocean air coming through the house. Parking works out well in the backyard with the car port. We will stay here again!
