Summary:
Perched at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Emerald Cove has sweeping Ocean and Bay Views as you approach the driveway.
Enter through the arched front entrance into a spacious and very roomy living room with loads of natural light.
Classically furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, this home will become your home away from home with plenty of time to enjoy the solace and relaxing atmosphere.
The Space:
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms.
The Primary bedroom features a queen size bed, fireplace, TV with cable, huge walk-in closet and very roomy balcony that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail soaking in the ocean views.
Attached to the bedroom is a smaller room that would be perfect for a baby crib or toddler bed that is in close range but allows privacy as well.
The ensuite bathroom is very spacious with a soaking bathtub, walk in shower and large vanity.
The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and some ocean view. The bathroom for the guest bedroom is in the hallway and features a tub/shower combo and double sink vanity.
The ground floor has high ceilings, loads of natural light with living room, dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
There is also a breakfast table and TV room with fireplace for informal living.
There is a half bath and a laundry room that has a shower should you want to rinse off after going to the communal pool or after a trip to the beach.
The back garden is absolutely beautiful with winding stone paths, lush green vegetation, an outside table for al fresco dining with an outside BBQ. Enjoy the solitude at the end of the garden where you can read or dream away at the quaint bistro table.
Emerald Cove is in a gated community that has wonderful amenities including swimming pool, extensive gymnasium, tennis courts and clubhouse.
Located in La Jolla Alta, this property is close to all freeways, beaches, shops and restaurants.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. All our homes are equipped with noise decibel monitors to ensure a quiet home for you and our surrounding neighbors.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We loved our stay in Emerald cove. This c”gated community is perfectly located close to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. We have two small pups and the fenced back and front yards has plenty of room for them to run around and explore. The landscaping is spectacular and sitting in the covered back patio just gazing at the yard in the cool San Diego air was wonderful. The upstairs bedrooms have lovely panoramic views of the ocean. The kitchen is excellent and is equipped with every gadget,, pot and pan you could want! There is even a vitamix and a hot pot (I think) which we didn’t use. There are plenty of linens and soft towels and loads of Beach toys in the garage including boogie board and a surf board. Kids Beach toys and a beach wagon reflect that the owners clearly have kids and known a family’s needs.
The only downsides were that the primary bedroom just had two lamps and no canned lights and getting our gym passes was a hassle but those things would not affect our returning.
We would definitely rent this property again.
