Pool heating must be requested at least 24–48 hours prior to arrival and is required to be charged for the entire duration of the stay. - Please note that the pool and outdoor spa share the same heating system and cannot be heated simultaneously. The system can be set to either “Pool Mode” or “Outdoor Spa Mode” at any given time. When Outdoor Spa Mode is selected, the outdoor spa can be heated and enjoyed independently; however, the pool will not be heated during that time. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
