Backyard Oasis 3bd with pool, spa, fire pit, bikes

Pool and lounge area were great.

Good location, close drive to everything. Very quiet area. Host was very attentive. We would stay here again.

Nancy's was very easy to work with and responded promptly to the small issues we brought to their attention. The house was well located and provisioned.

The back yard pool and hot tub are definitely the highlight of the home. The kitchen lacks essentials, such as minimal glassware and cleanliness. Pots and pans were rusty and required cleaning prior to using. Ice maker worked but did not dispense the ice. Most wood surfaces were sticky and required cleaning prior to using. House requires updating to meet a five star rating. The vacuum in the pool made it hard for the kids to swim with loose rocks on the hot tub. we could not get the fireplace to light but could smell the propane. Bedding was good - plenty of towels were provided. Neighbors were very close on all sides including backyard neighbors look down directly into the pool and hot tub area. We had a full-size rental SUV and it would not fit in the garage or driveway. Overall if you lower your expectations the house could be acceptable. Price per day seemed high for an older home which needs updating.
