We had a fantastic time at Ron’s house! It was just as beautiful as the pictures show, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Ron kept us updated with clear check-in and check-out instructions, making everything easy. We were very pleased with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable.The highlight was definitely the stunning views from the deck and the accordion slider doors that opened across the entire living room—it felt so relaxing to sit in the fresh air and take it all in.I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Diego!

The asthetic of the interior couldn't be beat! Loved the artwork and furnishings. Wall of glass opening to the extensive outdoor area w/ great views & fresh air. We were visiting San Diego for our daughter's wedding and needed the property to serve many purposes. Myself, husband, sister and son were staying and everyone had a bedroom to use. Flower arrangments were made the day before the wedding and we had several of my daughter's frineds over to help and then enjoy lunch. The rehersal dinner was held here with about twenty people and the outdoor space was a hit! This property did it all and I was proud to host people as the space was beautiful, parking was easy, nieghborhood was quiet, and proximity to downtown San Diego was perfect.

We came down to celebrate our son's graduation. The house is perfect for a small celebration- loved the open floor plan and windows that open out to the back porch, as well as ample street parking for guests. Neighborhood was very quiet and we met the friendly next door neighbor. Location was great for getting anywhere in San Diego. Ron was very kind and responsive to texts. This is a beautiful house that met all our needs. Set up on a hill overlooking the water, we spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the deck. The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Ron was terrific to deal with.

Recently returned to SF with family and enjoyed every moment while at the VRBO. The home is beautiful, very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and it really does feel as if you’re home. We had a family of five plus my dogs and there was still plenty of space in the home. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood with easy access to the local attractions. Neighbors are friendly. The open floor plan and beautiful windows that overlook the outdoor areas was a nice addition. Weather was windy for most of the week. we were there so didn’t spend much time in the yard but this home has a great outdoor area for entertaining. Owner provides a handbook in the living room for everything you need to know so appreciated that. Parking was plentiful on the street. Aaron was very responsive from the time of booking, check in and even gave us a heads up reminder about the gardeners who were scheduled to come by. No complaints at all about this place. We had to figure out how to open the door upon check in but it was only bc we weren’t used to how the dead bolt worked but after some practice it was not an issue at all. Appreciate the attention to detail of the home and care that the owner takes to make the guests feel comfortable. Hope to return again sometime soon.Thanks Ron for a great stay! The photos don’t do the place justice as it is beautiful and well cared for.

Very nice location in San Diego with most highlights within just 15-20 minutes driving. Beautiful large living area which can be fully opened towards the large terrace to enjoy view on Mission Bay the whole day. Also the kitchen is well stocked and the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here for about a week and loved the area, particularly being able to eat out on the porch and look out into the bay. We were even able to see the nightly fireworks from SeaWorld across the bay which was an added bonus. The interior layout of the house is really nice with a big open kitchen/dining/living area great for gathering and hanging out. Lots of little high end touches all over place like the super fancy shower and amazing repurposed dining room table. Check in was a breeze and Ron was available any time we needed him. Would highly recommend staying here, especially for families or couples. :)

This was a perfect home. The home itself is beautiful and masterfully done. It is truly the owner's second home, so the high end work and amenities are wonderful. The view itself is worth the stay. The back deck was my favorite spot all week. The owner's communication was great throughout. The Neighborhood is wonderful. The Neighbors are friendly and kind. Likewise, It is a perfect location for anything in San Diego and the surrounding area. It is in the middle of everything. 10-15 minutes has you anywhere from Downtown, the ballpark, the beach, the zoo, La Jolla, and shopping. As I am sure so many people do, we rely on the reviews to tell us what the pictures can't . One review that stood out to me, someone stated in their review "Stop looking and just stay here"....that is actually what convinced me and I can't tell you how many times that echoed in my head throughout our week. This was the place everyone should stay! Thank you for opening your home up to us and others. It is the perfect VRBO for a San Diego stay.

We spent six nights at this comfortable and well appointed home. It was only 20 minutes to anywhere you wanted to go in the town. The house is well equipped with expansive views toward the water. Ron was very responsive to an issue we identified, he resolved it quickly, and communication was great throughout. The photos of this home do not do it justice - it is even more awesome in person! The expansive back patio was very relaxing and has an amazing view, and we even got to see the fireworks from Sea World each night! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For those of you who like to cook, the house is fully stocked with spices and herbs that you are free to use, and there are even some fresh herbs growing outside on the patio! The kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances. We used the gas grill on the patio a few times as well. Ron is as amazing host - very friendly and prompt with returning messages. Ron seems eager to make sure guests are happy and satisfied. He's a Jimmy Buffett fan so you know he has to be a good guy! Finally, we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. You need to park on the side of the street but there was always ample parking so that was never a problem. We were not too far of a drive away from any of the attractions we visited. This house proved to be a great "base camp." Please do not hesitate to rent this home - you will not be disappointed!

This is a wonderful home that has been beautifully updated. From the minute you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the bay and the oversized deck. This is the perfect home for entertaining or just hanging out with family and friends. The host, Ron, provided detailed info about the property and was available if any assistance was needed.
