Everything about the hotel was simple and straightforward from the coming to the communication regarding check-in and free shuttle service from Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful and friendly staff, which made the whole check-in process a breeze. The views from the residence and rooftop alone are worth it, but the whole residence itself feels like a resort getaway. Be sure to stock up on the free bath salts!

Nice staff. Answered email enquiries proactively. Cheerful, very communicative. Gorgeous view from our villa. Barbecue food is so far so good, however, the staff did the set up and gave clear instructions which made it easy for us. We had a great night with good food and good vibe. A lot of complimentary items, bath salts, skin care and hair care products, a free cake, free drinks, snacks, shuttle bus and cash coupons if you decide room cleaning is not necessary during your stay. A little more expensive than the other accommodations nearby but it is worthy. Highly recommend.
