The worst experience i had from all of my Air BNB and hotel stay in booking.com The apartment is very dirty from the kitchen to the living room and bedroom till the toilet and bath. The sofa in white was full of stains, dusty and smells awful it is very obvious that the apartment was not not prepared for the coming guest, the curtains were almost falling as some of the curtain rings were already detached from the rod. There is no wifi in the apartment and we booked for 3 days and 2 nights which i feel ashamed with my family as i was the one who chose the apartment. There is 2 TV in the whole apartment which both were not working and the other tv in the living room, the screen was broken. The sheets and pillows provided smelled awfully and abviously was not washed and clean for our stay which made us bring our own pillows and sheets because the apartment were not useful at all The fridge was stained with food and was rusted which we have to clean ourselves because we have to store our food in the fridge The property owner was liar at all… when inraised a complain about the wifi, he told me there is nonwifi because the router is under maintenance whiche he will send a maintennace team to check but no one came to check and bother to connect the wifi, it is very onvious that the property does not have wifi at all and the owner does not intend to provide wifi to the guest and only lied to have it fixed and the wifi is under maintenanace. Another lie from the property owner was when we cmplianed about the 2 television in the property which dont work. He said again for hte 2nd time he will send someone to have it fixed as it was broken frm the previous guest… what is my concern if the previous guest damaged it? The fact that tje property collected money as payment for our 2 days 2 mights stay I as a customer should be provided with basic amenities that an air bnb should have and amenities mentioned as availble in the property during our stay.
