Very Disappointed

Location not far from Conrniche and shopping.

Not what i expected, as apartment layout did not match shown on photos. No proper sitting area, bathrooms very outdated and not clean. Not easy for parking (not owner fault)

Worse place to book

I have booked this place. The property assigned was substantially different from what was booked and advertised. Upon arrival, the condition was unacceptable, marked by an offensive odor and subpar amenities. Specifically, the bedding was in a state that raised serious hygiene concerns. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this serious discrepancy and the resulting unpleasant experience. The property was in very poor condition, not suitable for habitation.. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE..

Very disappointing accommodation with a helpful host

Absolutely nothing. The location was dire, the parking problematic as I arrived after 8pm at night, the apartment was a layout that did not match any of the photos online and was not suitable for a business woman such as myself. The only thing that I liked was the host making the effort to come and get me from far away from parking and helping to get me some food which he gave complimentary as I was so underwhelmed with my choice .

The location, the parking, the layout, the condition, the cockroach in the kitchen, the furnishings. How this is rated 5* I’ll never know the Reviews do not match my experience in any way whatsoever.

RECOMMEND

The location is perfect for shopping and visiting the Corniche beach. The space is comfortable for one person, with easy access and a very kind and responsive host. Nearby stores have everything you need.

I kindly recommend checking the bathroom, as there was a small water leak and the shower area needs some maintenance and better cleaning. The apartment could also benefit from air conditioning since it only has a fan. Some doors look a bit old. With a few improvements, especially in the bathroom and ventilation, the place would be perfect. Thank you for your attention and hospitality.

Had a comfy and cozy feeling

The apartment interiors and furnishings were so cozy and clean. And had all the essentials needed to live in this apartment. Kitchen items, beddings, electrical equipments etc. Everything was perfect. Recommend this apartment to couples. Plus there are lot of restaurants, groceries etc all in walkable distance.

Parking is bit difficult to get since we had a rental car as majority parking outside are residence parking. But we were lucky each day to get a parking.

Dobrá lokalita a rychlá komunikace s majitelem

Byt byl připravený jen pro 2 osoby (byly jsme 4). Okna bytu jsou směrem k hlavní ulici a okna nejsou zvukotěsná. Usnout téměř nešlo. V koupelně byla plíseň. Příště už bychom vybrali jiné ubytování.

Bardzo stary obiekt wymagający kapitalnego remontu. (Zalane sufity, grzyb w łazience). Łazienka w strasznym stanie, kuchnia w jeszcze gorszym. (Karaluchy w szafkach). Sąsiedzi bardzo głośni, nie raz zdarzyło się ze ich dzieci grały w nocy w piłkę na korytarzu, zakłócając nam sen. Na plus Nowe Urządzenia (lodówka, pralka, tv).
