We stayed for 4 nights. It is very well located, just a few meters from several bus stops connecting to the city center and the train station. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street. The building has an elevator. The other tenants were quiet and respectful. The exterior areas were very clean, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The apartment is very pleasant and cozy, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hot water, Wi-Fi, and other facilities work perfectly. In addition to soap and towels, there are cleaning supplies available—such as a broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, buckets, drying rack, iron, etc.—making it ideal for long stays. The apartment features a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of shelving for clothes, suitcases, etc. There is a shelving unit at the entrance, nightstands on both sides of the bed, and a huge shoe rack. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, making it perfect for breakfast or dinner in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a pod coffee maker, a kettle, utensils, cutlery, dinnerware, etc... Communication with Alessandra was seamless; she responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. The self check-in and check-out process was efficient. Access was via a keypad lock, which was clearly explained in a video. A cozy, perfectly equipped apartment at an unbeatable price. Ideal. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

There is no air conditioning. Given the time of year and the heat and humidity in Lugano, the fan was insufficient and somewhat annoying if left running for a long time. The bathroom was a bit small.

Easy to find, good instructions for getting in. Comfortable bed, good shower. Safe neighbourhood, supermarket across the road (closed Sunday).

Poor lighting in main area, bathroom door hard to close. A bit tight for space.

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento ha sido muy positiva. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y el ambiente resultaba muy agradable. La habitación era cómoda y acogedora, y tanto la cama como el resto de las instalaciones ofrecían un excelente nivel de confort. Además, el personal fue en todo momento muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable.
