Nice location, good for short stay.

Old style apartment but many things are kinda old in Lugano so it fits the environment! Good location, walk-able to the center, overall good for a short stay.

It felt an old adapeted apartment, definitely not for people who likes new and modern stuff.

Good, accessible and economical accommodation

The apartment was very accessible by a short bus trip from Lugano Central and was fitted out attractively. The communication regarding entry and departure were good. There were tea- and coffee-making facilities available and we were able to do a little washing by hand while we were there.

The bed was by a wall which was inconvenient and there was no power point close to the bedside table. Although we used the power board supplied to light this lamp, it wasn't especially safe.

Very old room, prabably early ‘70, boiler from ‘88; like going back in time, pictures completely misleading, no toilet paper and no reply to messages. Stay away

Great Studio Apartment Just Outside City Center

Great studio apartment just outside of the city center. Right by public transportation to take you to center, and only 20 min walk from city center and 30 min to train station. Very nice staff over phone - self check in. Also has some appliances and a fridge. Great price for such an expensive city.

Slightly creaky floor, no microwave but we didn't need one

Molto comodo, ci tornerei!

Mi sono trovata davvero bene! La stanza aveva tutto, letto comodo, macchinetta del caffe con i diversi di gusti di caffe e the, bollitore d'acqua, asciugacapelli con diffusore, diversi tipi di prodotti per pulire bagno, stanza, piatti, sacchetti per la spazzatura e profumi per ambienti. Mobili abbastanza buoni, quel tocco di moderno. Posizione vicino alla Coop e piccoli negozietti come bar o fast food, parchi e molto silenzioso. Ci tornerei di nuovo!

Il rubinetto dell'acqua faceva molto rumore e avevo paura di infastidire i vicini, se non chiuso con forza le gocce d'acqua facevano tanto rumore sul lavandino. Il letto sembrava un po' sporco e non solo le lenzuola ma anche il materasso in se, spero lo cambino. Entrata nella stanza avevo notato che c'era un'odore di "vecchio" e probabilmente veniva dal termosifone il quale era acceso al mio arrivo, stanza calda ma aveva quel odore strano che poi aprendo le finestre e utilizzando un po' del loro profumo per ambienti e` migliorato. I parcheggi di fronte erano sempre pieni Per il resto ho apprezzato il tempo speso nel hotel.
