Fabulous little cottage, was immaculate on our arrival and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Very well equipped kitchen, the food items left for us were a very nice touch and not expected, so thank you for that!. Lovely quiet spot, had been to Lowther castle previously and knew it was lovely so wanted to be closer this time. Great walks along the river (low saw mills car park, 2 mins away) and Penrith very close for all the essentials. Ullswater close by, other lakes further a field but obviously worth the drive. All in all a wonderful holiday, would definitely recommend and return!

Location was perfect for what we needed. Pretty cottage.
The hand held shower, but I understand why due to the beam and ceiling.
