The landlord was very helpful and provided us with the most helpful information especially in relation to parking. Central Exeter was a 20 min walk across the river. Lovely courtyard garden.
The sleeper couch in the lounge was very difficult to open and so we didn't use it.

Good location, near Exeter St Thomas station, and local shops. The house is really well equipped, and the top shower room was really welcome. It feels like a home from home, and we all liked the books and art work. The kitchen had everything we needed, Smiley face for staff as Antony was very responsive to questions, and with checkout information.
The only wrinkle was having to find parking spots. It would have been good to have had the use of a residents' parking permit but maybe that is not possible.
