Navigli Milano Apartment

It is close to the canal, you can walk to the Duomo under half an hour. There is a tram stop nearby. Metro station is also fairly close to the apartment. The apartment is clean overall with an unique style. Bathroom is very nice, especially with 2 sinks. Modern kitchen equipped with a huge fridge and a dish washer. The host is very nice and repsonsed almost instantly if you have questions. The whirlpool looks nice but it was a shame that it was damaged by previous guests, so we could not use it.

Would have been nicer if there are AC in both bedrooms (there are AC in one of the bedrooms and the living room). There is a fan in the bedroom which has no AC, it not too bad but better if it was an AC. There is no detergent or dish washer tablets provided, so we have to buy our own during the stay, not ideal if you are only staying for a day or two but want to use the washing machine or dishwasher.

Highly recommend this place in Milan! Giuseppe was a fantastic, responsive host. The apartment is comfortable, with cozy beds, a big fridge, and a good kitchen. Excellent location - about 25 minutes on foot to the Duomo, with Tram 3 right outside and M2/M4 metro stations just a 10–15 minute walk away. Plenty of interesting restaurants and shops nearby. For parking, we used the automated city garage at Porta Genova metro station, which offers great daily rates (€6–€7/24h). Just remember standard security practices and don't leave your belongings in the car (take with you all the bags) to avoid break-ins. Excellent value for money, would definitely come back!

Apartament molt espaiós, còmode i molt ben situat per visitar Milà. Volem destacar especialment l’atenció personalitzada d’en Giuseppe, que va estar pendent de nosaltres en tot moment, des de l’arribada fins que vam marxar. Ens va ajudar amb tot el que vam necessitar i ens va donar molt bons consells per aprofitar l’estada a la ciutat. Una experiència molt positiva i un allotjament totalment recomanable.

Com a únic punt negatiu, tot i que no depèn de l’allotjament, durant la nostra estada el tramvia que connectava la zona amb el Duomo no funcionava a causa d’unes obres.
