Breakfast was great. I'm glad I chose that as an option.

I would like to better control the air conditioning in the room. It was not adjustable. Thankfully it was May so not so bad with the temperature outside.

This hotel is ideally located close to Navigli and within a short walk to the metro. We spent a couple of evenings at Navigli, it's very busy and very buzzy. Hotel staff went out of their way for us, very helpful. We had an anniversary while we there and when they found out the staff treated us to a prosecco and some antipasti. The rooms are very modern, beautifully furnished and lots of space. Comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom. we loved it and would go again.

Only one small niggle; the design is very modern and sometimes favoured form over function so, for example, there's nowhere to hang towels which meant we couldn't dry them and so had to have clean towels every day. The fitted wardrobe was positioned so that if the drawers were open you couldn't get past and the other doors could bang into the draws. Let's be clear, this place if fabulous, if you like modern and we do but some small design tweaks would make a big difference.

Loved the front desk staff, so helpful and engaging. Delightful neighborhood with great food options. Near enough to Navigli , but quiet at night. Great concept hotel. Can't wait to come back!

The location was good for our purpose.

The room was rather small and dark. Most importantly it was ridiculously overpriced. Our dates were unchangeable and we realized that they coincided with the Winter Olympics. Hoiwever, that does not justify the absurd level of inflation of the room price, particularly as the hotel seemed not to be fully occupied: you might call this dynamic pricing - I call it profiteering. The staff were friendly enough but inattentive. Day after day we had to ask to get teacups, and each day they were removed so we had to ask again. For some reason, black tea could not be provided! We were told you could buy tea bags from the bar. Given the 6-star price we were charged for the room, charging for tea seems particularly outrageous. We had breakfast in the hotel once. Once was enough. We ordered eggs benedict, which turned out to have almost no hollandaise and, worst of all, the eggs had only half-cooked whites. Disgusting.
