The location suited our purpose perfectly. The lounge provides workspace (tables and chairs as well as sofas). This time, teacups were provided.
The room was rather small and dark. And I still don't understand why it is impossible to supply black tea, which most British people prefer (fortunately there is a supermarket just down the road...)

Beautiful art hotel in a cool neighborhood. Suites are very comfortable. A bit far from the main sights in the city but I appreciated learning a different area. Felt safe and lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby.

The location was good for our purpose.
The room was rather small and dark. Most importantly it was ridiculously overpriced. Our dates were unchangeable and we realized that they coincided with the Winter Olympics. Hoiwever, that does not justify the absurd level of inflation of the room price, particularly as the hotel seemed not to be fully occupied: you might call this dynamic pricing - I call it profiteering.
The staff were friendly enough but inattentive. Day after day we had to ask to get teacups, and each day they were removed so we had to ask again. For some reason, black tea could not be provided! We were told you could buy tea bags from the bar. Given the 6-star price we were charged for the room, charging for tea seems particularly outrageous.
We had breakfast in the hotel once. Once was enough. We ordered eggs benedict, which turned out to have almost no hollandaise and, worst of all, the eggs had only half-cooked whites. Disgusting.
