Cuna Milano

room is more spacious than a typical hotel room i would expect in a big city. The whole self checkin process was seamless and very easy. Having our room on ground floor was also very handy. Staff are very caring, helpful and professional, communicated with them via whatsapp during our stay. location of the hotel was also perfect especially we rented our car with sixt so the drop off area was just opposite the road, lots of restaurants around the hotel, short walk to train station.

I really liked Cuna - chosen because it was a little apartment style set-up and I get fed-up of (especially city) hotels where you feel you have to eat 'out' x3 day whereas I don't eat breakfast, like lunch out and then just a bottle of wine & some nibbles (from a Italian deli) in the evening. So this set-up was just perfect for the more independently minded. There was a fridge, 2 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and enough crockery and cutlery to keep you going. It was so much more than that - extremely stylish (well this is Milan!!!), squeaky clean, and very comfortable bathroom, bedroom & kitchen/lounge with French doors opening onto a the first floor balcony that runs the full length of the apartment (with table & 2 chairs and a little view of the Cuna courtyard & back of the residential apartment next door). Everything worked brilliantly, there was nothing missing (and lovely extras of bath, bathrobes & slippers etc). It did feel like your own Milan apartment! The location was great for us - on the edge of Navigli (regenerated canal) district meant it was architecturally interesting (more than the rest of Milan! and pretty lively in the evening. We could walk to most of the sights & districts eg Duomo, The last Supper etc or they were only a couple of stops on the Metro or fabulous street trams. The team at Cuna were lovely - it's a small set-up so reception it's not 'manned' all the time but they are super responsive and professional on What's App if they are not around - booking taxis etc. It's a fairly new set-up run by a Milanese family so everything is clean and sparkly and they are (genuinely) trying hard to make sure you have a lovely visit and we did so : so a big thank you to Stephan & his Cuna Team.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely happy with our experience. Our suite was beautiful, fresh, spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The bathroom was excellent, with both a shower and a bathtub, which was a lovely touch. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the lush and peaceful inner courtyard. It was a perfect place to sit and relax after a day of exploring Milan. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Navigli and just a short walk from the canal, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Everything was clean, well maintained and beautifully presented. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!

Sehr schöne, neue Unterkunft, Check in hat reibungslos geklappt, Unterkunft war sehr gut via WhatsApp erreichbar. Zimmer sehr sauber, großes Bett, moderne Einrichtung und obwohl es ein kleineres enges Haus war, war das Zimmer sehr großzügig geschnitten - perfekt für einen City Trip :)

Einziger Minuspunkt war(wenn man mit dem Auto kommt) dass die Unterkunft selber keine Parkplätze hat. Es gibt ein Hotel ums Eck, bei dem man kostenpflichtig in einer Parkgarage parken kann, jedoch ohne Reservierung.
