I stayed here around Christmas, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the layout of the room, which felt spacious and well-designed.
The location wasn’t ideal, as it’s in a quieter residential area and a bit far from the main attractions.

Breakfast has varieties but quality not always consistent e.g eggs are overcooked, orange juice not fresh etc.
I have been a guest since 2017. Overall hotel staff not very warm and hospitable. They have much room to improve especially in greeting guests and helping guests with their requests.
