Plenty of space, easy to find, very quiet as the University is closed for summer.
Obviously it’s the middle of summer so it was very hot and we didn’t work out when to open and close blinds/windows to cool down. The fan helped a little.

Der Gastgeber hat auf mich bei der Ankunft trotz Bahn-bedingter Verspätung auf mich auch am Abend gewartet und mir die Wohnung gezeigt. Die helle Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug). Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Ein Supermarkt (Auchan) mit großer Auswahl befindet sich nur etwa 5min entfernt. Es gibt eine Straßenbahn und eine Buslinie ins Zentrum bzw. zum Bahnhof (Bus).
Ein paar Küchenutensilien haben gefehlt (u.a. größere Schüsseln). In der Nachbarschaft wurde es aus verschiedenen Gründen zeitweise lauter (Feiern, Bauarbeiten). Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Zu Fuß läuft man ins Stadtzentrum gute 30min.
