The caravan was beautifully decorated, very modern, very scenic view of the lake, was relatively clean, lovely gesture of leaving some chocolate and fizz for us to enjoy, had a very homely feel to it, the hot tub was very modern and clean and ready for use on arrival, communication with staff was fantastic from booking to during our stay, utensils, crockery were all perfect and lots of options on glasses, outside was decorated nicely as well with a little rockery and rattan furniture
- lamps in the rooms required charging to be used and on arrival they were dead.
- It wasn’t as clean as should be expected, cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling’s and the windowsills in both bathrooms had dead bugs and dust.
