Spacious, clean, bright but with blinds/curtains. No noise came in from street. AC.

The property was the authentic experience my family and l were hoping for. The owner communicated very well and it is situated almost beside the train station but surprisingly quiet at night. The area itself looks very unsafe but be confident! Definitely need to be alert with the traffic and pathways. The coffee shop (Kalm, at the top of street corner) is a great spot to sit and enjoy the mayhem of Naples, it is a very vibrant city😎The apartment was impressively secured with an impenetrable old school locking system in a magnificent building on the top floor. Very comfortable memory foam beds. We were a party of three but plenty of sleeping space for 6 people. The owner very kindly let us leave our luggage there after check out time. There was no extra charge. The shower was a surprising treat after a day sightseeing in Naples, there were plenty of towels. Coffee machine, kettle and microwave all working, fridge dated but does the job for a short stay.

The apartment itself front door key needs perseverance, but no need to panic. There were no cups to make tea😞Disposable plastic cups are not safe with hot water. There were a few tiles missing on a dangerous step beside the toilet. Batteries for the remote control need replacing but we did not watch Tv.

Vicinissimo alla stazione, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort.Gianni,il proprietario, persona squisita. Non lo consiglio:lo STRA CONSIGLIO!!!!Noi ci torneremo sicuramente 😍
